Gentle readers within this American Chronicle, anybody who knows me will tell you that without food assistance, I would starve to death. The point is, I'm broke! I did however manage to donate $400. Dollars to World Vision this past year. That donation doubles with help from the Canadian government. I would love to soak Canadian Prime Minister Steven Harper for a couple of million dollars. Attention all Canadians! Immediately send a donation to World Vision before February 12 and don't forget to ask the Canadian government to double the amount you send! The money will help the World Vision Haiti relief project.

Dear Mr. Raglione,
Thanks to an outpouring of support from thousands of Canadians, World Vision staff have been able to provide life-saving support to children and families in Haiti.
But there are still so many living in desperate circumstances, with little food or safe drinking water. The risk of diseases like dysentery and typhoid is growing in packed camps filled with children and families who have nothing left.
The Canadian Government's February 12 deadline to match your donation is fast approaching. Donate now to double its impact!
World Vision has been assisting surviving children and families since the earthquake struck. There are still so many more to help. Please give.

Your donation of $110 will provide emergency kits for 2 families, $220 will supply 4 families and $550 will provide 10 families with essentials like blankets, hygiene supplies and cooking sets.
