WE ALL NEED VACATIONS

Domingo Ivan Casañas
One thing that does not discriminate on color, religion, and ethnic background is the reality of taking a timeout from the daily so-called rat race. The fact of the matter is that we all deserve and have earned our vacation rights. Even though many of the human beings in this planet tend to have their mind set on work, work, work and then one day die. I personally feel that it is essential to take the so needed timeout to just get away, rest, play, or even wear yourself out enjoying the many splendid things to do elsewhere away from your home, hometown, city, state or even country.

I was blessed and fortunate enough to have just come back from ten fantastic days in Disney world, Florida and the Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area with my three children. We had a blast! We were able to visit the four theme parks at DisneyWorld, the Magic Kingdom, Epcot (good food) Disney’s MGM studios and Disney’s Animal Kingdom. We were able to utilize a Fast Pass so that we did not have to wait in such long lines, a big plus because waiting in line is one of the negative of visiting a popular park.

The Orlando and Kissimmee area of Florida has become the biggest attraction for young as well as old when it comes to having fun things to do. There is no way of visiting all the theme parks and attractions in one week, or even three. You have Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay with its wildlife and wild rides. You have Disney water parks as well as wet and wild water parks. You have action parks where you can drive an actual formula racecar. Seaworld is also at your disposal. Beautiful mini golf locations with different themes are just walking distance away from the so many resorts in the area. We also enjoyed ourselves at Universal studios and Islands of adventure them park.

My children actually got tired at times using the park hopper plus tickets that allow us to go back and forth from park to park. But, what counts the most in my opinion is the opportunity to be with loved ones, to have fun with them, to laugh together, to see my children’s eyes sparkling with joy, to see their faces full of amazement and to connect and feel the love that they have toward me, when we are kicking back at the timeshare resort’s swimming pool and spas that are heated just at the right temperature. Vacations are needed because the everyday hustle is put on hold. Yes, on hold temporary but at least on hold without having to think about them; and that is exactly what I do, I am a kid again, I don’t even remember that I have a job, I don’t even remember where I live. I soak all the fun, adventure, into play just like a kid. What a wonderful feeling!

After seven great days in Orlando, my children and I drove down to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami to visit relatives that they had never met or were too young to remember meeting. They connected with their causins well, and we even had a chance to spend time on the beach in Miami. One of the highlights of the trip was my cousin who is a doctor, threw a party at his mansion in our honor. The roast pig, rice and black beans, plantains, yucca, and great desserts allowed me to gain a few pounds. Talking stories, joking around, and playing dominos were as good as the monthly massages that I reward myself with.

Overall, in my opinion getting away on a vacation is a must, going places, learning other culture, seeing things you haven’t seen before and capturing them on video or camera is what life was intended for. So, take away your blinders, don’t allow corporate America to keep you hostage! Get away, by yourself, or if you are fortunate enough to have children like I do, enjoy them while they are young and get closer to them. The reward feels like it is sent from God. Everyone needs a vacation, remember we can’t take the money with us, and there are plenty of places that one can go that will not take away from life’s necessities.

I have been Blessed for many years now to not have been involved in Corporarte America. I no longer have to ask permission to take time off. I don't have to worry if I have taken too many days off. Being able to receive residual income with www.thisishot.acnrep.com has allowed me to enjoy my life to the fullest. It is so very important to take the time outs in life and travel. My favorite time is when I go to a beach from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm, I sleep, I jog on the beach, I get in the water, I eat, drink, and just feel relax, which helps me get recharged. It is a great feeling! So what are you waiting for? Take off and enjoy, reward yourself you deserve it! Remember "We all need Vacations".
