No Signs of Peaceful Religion/Faith

If Islam is a peaceful religion, its leaders and followers sure have a violent way of showing it. Muslims over and over again continue to show the world that they are an unforgiving and intolerant lot. They will never prove to the world that Islam is a worthy religion if they continue to respond to every little thing with hate and violence!

I think that the Pope was perfectly justified in his statements except for the fact that he tried to show that Islam was the only religion born of evil and violence. All religions or faiths were brought to life during the same dark time of fear, hate and intolerance and have failed to evolve. Religion really is the root of most evil.

By reviewing the public records of history, including the Catholic Church's own Councils, we find that sexual perversity is no new thing for the Church of Rome's nuns, priests and popes. Common sense dictates that the public pronunciation of these crimes, (some of which are unspeakable), by the hundreds of bishops attending these Councils could only have occurred if the crimes in question had reached an unmanageable level. Who would have wanted these sins exposed to public scrutiny if they could have been dealt with in a less high profile fashion?

Secrecy is the norm in the Catholic Church. Therefore, we may infer that the ungodly depravity of the hierarchy, priesthood and orders had reached a critical level evident to each convening Council, requiring action of some kind be taken, even if in word only.

As for Muslim reaction to the Popes failure to also show the Catholic Church’s short comings, it is typically extreme and violent; both in actions and words.

If the religions/faiths of the world don’t soon learn to practice tolerance, in time those very religions/faiths will be responsible for inciting a new world war: Is this the way your God wants you to act?

My intolerance for all religion is growing and I really don’t think I am the only one!
