Wednesday [12.16.2009] - United States President Barack Obama amended Executive Order 12425 appearing to give unlimited rights and immunity to Interpol to oversee [certain] difficulties on American soil. Wednesday [12.30.2009] - United States President Barach Obama signed an Executive order concerning "ESTABLISHING FEDERAL CAPABILITY FOR THE TIMELY PROVISION OF MEDICAL COUNTERMEASURES FOLLOWING A BIOLOGICAL ATTACK" which in the order states in part "By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows: Section 1. Policy. It is the policy of the United States to plan and prepare for the timely provision of medical countermeasures to the American people in the event of a biological attack in the United States through a rapid Federal response in coordination with State, local, territorial, and tribal governments. This policy would seek to: (1) mitigate illness and prevent death; (2) sustain critical infrastructure; and (3) complement and supplement State, local, territorial, and tribal government medical countermeasure distribution capacity." Remember for the "higher came up last" is the king of Persia [Iran]. The lower horn [king of Iraq = Saddam Hussein] has already been done away with. So, After the "higher one" is cast "down to the ground, and stamped" on, the "he goat" [*Remember: the "he goat" has a "great horn that is between his eyes" which "is the first king"] will have "waxed very great" and then "when he was strong, the great horn was broken" for "four kingdoms shall stand up out of the nation, but not in his power." this is just before the break-up of the United States.
Question:[*] Was George Bush, Sr. noticeable in George Bush, Jr when Bush, Jr was in the Presidential Office? .. OR .. Is Bush, Jr noticeable in Barack Obama [current President of the United States]? .. Who is doing what who did?, or Who did what who did? ...
