The sport of bowling is a "life skill" activity. By this, we mean that it can be played by anyone regardless of their age or ability. One of the most common traits beginner bowlers have in common is to rush. Number seven: Maintain your balance by using your leg as a counterweight during the release. Number eight: Bend your arm slightly at the elbow, retract your arm behind your body, cradle the ball in your hand, and release the ball while maintaining a straight arc from back to front. Remember to follow through.
