Vegan Vegetarian Meals
If you are not a vegetarian (for now) you surely have at least a couple of your friends who already are or even some of your family members. In this case you must know that there are several types of vegetarianism and that for many people being a vegetarian means not only refuse from eating meat.
Eating vegan vegetarian meals is a great way to live a little greener. Today vegan meals are even served at airplanes (the only thing you have to do is to inform your airline that you prefer vegetarian menu).
Vegan vegetarian meals are not recommended for children because in the period of growth they need much more nutrients that not always can be found in vegan meals.
Veganism is the strictest type of vegetarianism. Vegan meals do not contain meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy products, and even honey. So, now you see why this type of vegetarian diet is not recommended for kids. It's also sometimes not recommended for adult people who suffer from those types of disease that require eating meat and dairy products for getting better soon, and for breast-feeding moms for the sake of their health and the health of their babies.
