Promoting your blog on social bookmarking sites is very hot right now. Some of the important sites to post on would be sites like Digg or del.icio.us and blogtopsites. Posting to these sites on a regular basis will drive traffic to your blog. On the blogtopsites website you will have to copy and paste a couple of lines of code on to your blog but it is very easy.
