Tips to Maintaining Aerzen Blowers. Maintenance Schedules for Belts, Filters & Replacement Parts

Aeration blowers must be properly serviced to insure reliable operation. The Manufacturer has provided the following general operator maintenance schedule recommendations…
After the First 25 Operating Hours:
Retighten all retaining bolts and screws, after the machine has cooled
Check the condition of the V-belts, re-align or replace belts as necessary
Check oil level
Check the function of the pressure valve
Weekly:
Check inlet air filter for contamination, replace as necessary
Maximum recommended inlet filter differential: -45 bar
Check oil level
After the First 500 Operating Hours:
Drain and replace the lubricating oil
Check the condition of the V-belts, re-align or replace belts as necessary
Every 4,000 Operating Hours, or half-yearly:
Check the condition of the V-belts, re-align or replace belts as necessary
Grease the drive motor in accordance with the motor manufacturer´s recommendations
Check the acoustic hood intake and exhaust openings, clean as necessary
Every 8,000 Operating Hours, or yearly:
Drain and replace the lubricating oil
Check inlet air filter for contamination, replace as necessary
