George W. Bush Wanted Carpool Lanes Closed To Attend George Allen Fundraiser

King George W. Bush shows contempt for the Constitution, ordering wiretapping of Americans without obtaining warrants from a court.

King George demonstrates contempt for the American public, by continuing his hugely unpopular war in Iraq.

Recently King George displayed contempt for the citizens of Virginia, by attempting to get the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) to close down the carpool lanes on a busy highway so he could attend a political fundraiser.

Closure of the high occupancy vehicle lanes would have resulted in a traffic nightmare. Bush would have only caused a traffic to come to a standstill, if he was attending the fundraiser of a highly respected statesman, right?

Wrong

King George was perfectly willing to create a commuting disaster to attend a fundraiser for Senator George (Macaca) Allen.

The Virginia Senator has been roundly criticized for a racist remark he made. Allen was caught on tape calling an American-born college student of Indian descent a "macaca," and saying, "Welcome to America and the real world of Virginia."

"Macaca" is a genus of monkey, something the average person wouldn’t know, but apparently common knowledge in the world of racists.

Calling a minority a monkey is bad enough, but to tell Sidarth “Welcome to America” is even worse. George Allen is implying that minorities are not a part of America, and that they are only tolerated due to the benevolence of Caucasians.

VDOT wisely denied the president's request and he ended up taking a helicopter to Allen's fundraiser.

Why is King George so eager to reward a senator with a long history of racist words and actions?
