Entrepreneurial leaders do not have a mindset that adapts to failure. Things go wrong, of course, but entrepreneurs don´t call them "failures" they call them "glitches, mistakes, bungles, setbacks" – but not failing.

When one such entrepreneur was asked about the hardest decision he ever had to make, he answered that he didn´t know what a hard decision was. An entrepreneur will approach decision-making with the idea that there´s a strong likelihood that he/she will be wrong. This doesn´t dissuade them – to the contrary they just do the best they can and worry about handling obstacles as they arise.

Lion Kim's Martial Arts is located in Farmingdale NY and offers a variety of services including: Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing, Yoga, and Pilates.

Our Pilates Instructor: Rachel Prewitt has been teaching Pilates for 8 years. Coming from a dance background, Rachel's interest in Pilates stemmed out of the injury prevention and recovery opportunities the method presented. As a result her style of teaching focuses heavily on alignment stabilization, core activation, and isometric strength and flexibility training. A heightened sense of breath, and dynamic visualization turns this workout into a true mind/body experience that leaves participants feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Fitness by Dot is a full service Personal Training service teaching people how to get their bodies more fit, pain-free and healthier so they look better, feel better and lead happier lives. I specialize in injury rehabilitation, working with people who have back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, carpal tunnel or other physical challenges. I am available to do training in Marin, Northern California and also by phone consultation. I incorporate Yoga and Pilates into my work and teach classes in addition to working with individuals. Fitness by Dot gives seminars and workshops, currently around the San Francisco Bay Area, with plans to expand to other areas in the future.

My topics include Eliminating Back Pain for Good, and You Want to Be More Fit but Don't Know Where To Start, a basic course on Fitness/Nutrition/Weight Loss. I teach Fitness and basic Nutrition and pride myself on providing cutting edge solutions for fitness and wellness and working with people at whatever level they are currently. My latest product is a CD that teaches people how to breathe more fully since true fitness is not possible without the ability to breathe deeply. I also have a Back Care Manual available to help ease back pain and a new CD called How to Kickstart Your Metabolism.
