One of our signature programs - Bearcat Buddies - provides University of Cincinnati students with the training and tools they need to be effective, reliable tutors in selected and nearby Cincinnati area schools. After the student has completed a two-hour tutor training, the Bearcat Buddies program assists with the background check process and helps students get connected to a school in need of tutors.

The Center for Community Engagement also helps to advertise other tutoring opportunities throughout the city to effectively engage UC students as tutors.
