How to Lose 20 Pounds in 2 Weeks - Do's and Don'ts You Have To Know About

If you want to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks you need to do everything perfect. The reason is that what you're trying to achieve is not so simple. It's a lot of weight to lose in a short time, so I wrote down some do's and don'ts for you to follow in order to succeed.

Do: Get enough sleep. You need to sleep enough hours to lose weight properly. At least 7 hours is what I recommend.

Don't: Get stressed out over anything. Stress slows down the fat loss process. This is the time to be calm and relaxed.

Do: Clear out your kitchen of any fattening, calorie rich, or sugar rich food. You need to watch what you eat to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks.

Don't: Skip meals. This will only slow down your metabolism and increase your cravings.

Do: Divide your calories into 6 meals and snacks throughout the day instead of just 3 big meals. This is the best way to have your metabolism run fast throughout the day and to digest your food properly.


Don't: Try to take any laxatives or medication to help you throw up. This is a road for disaster and not for a long term weight loss.

Do: A lot of cardio workouts. Cardio is an excellent way to burn fat. You should do intensive cardio.

Don't: Try to replace your sugar with artificial sweeteners. A lot of them aren't really healthy and can even make you fat.

Do: Make some time to do some strength exercises. Weight training can really help you to burn a lot of calories and fat.

Don't: Go to places where the temptation to overeat or eat badly is high. Why place yourself at risk?

Do: Believe that you can lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. It's not easy but if you don't believe in yourself you will never succeed.
