Dietrine as a way to Augment Weight Loss By: William R. Nabaza of www.Nabaza.com
Dietrine has no known side effects or contraindications. It does contain chromium but the type of chromium this supplement contains is not the same type that was implicated for having effects upon the heart. The main active ingredient is an alpha amylase which literally blocks the carbohydrates in one's diet from being absorbed by one's body. The effect is essentially that of having one's cake and eating it, too. Eliminating carbohydrates goes a long way toward eliminating fat.
When carbohydrates are consumed, the body converts them into sugar. Sugar is either burned by the body, if it is not present in excess and if one engages in enough physical activity to necessitate this, or it is stored as fat. The reason no-carb diets were so effective at reducing weight was that this source of sugar was virtually eliminated from one's diet. Aside from the negative consequences of a high-fat diet, no-carb diets also had the drawback of being a sort of "crash" diet which caused people to drop weight very quickly but not sustainably. Because one of the major components of food was eliminated from the diet, these individuals soon found themselves binging to make up for what they'd denied their bodies for so long.
Dietrine does not prevent dietary starch from being properly absorbed by the body. Fiber and other healthy materials will be absorbed as normal. This product also contains no stimulants which is a benefit for those who cannot abide the anxiousness these sometimes cause or the appetite effects with which they are associated. Stimulants suppress the appetite. When one stops taking supplements which contain stimulants, one's body tends to revert to its formerly hungry ways but to a greater degree. This product will not cause those effects and one's appetite should remain essentially normal while taking this supplement.
Dietrine is a good choice for those who are principally concerned with limiting their carbohydrate intake but who do not want to revert to a meat-heavy, fatty diet to do so. Vegetarians are a good example of such individuals as are those who simply like more variety than is provided by a no-carb diet. Because healthy eating habits are a part of long-term weight loss, getting off on the right foot by eating a balanced diet, exercising and using a product to block the intake of those elements so detrimental toward success makes sense.
