Fact or Fiction JonBenet’s Killer Caught

Its possible John Mark Kerr is playing everyone for a fool. He admits to killing JonBenet knowing it will get him out of Thailand were he’s charged with sex crimes. He returns to the United States in custody then recants his confession knowing the state of Colorado can’t prove his guilt believing this country wouldn’t send him back to Thailand for trial on sex charges there.
He beats the rap in Thailand and in Colorado and goes on to molest more children. This would be American justice in its finest hour.
Justice in the Orient is swift and usually sans appeals. Death would be a certainty if convicted of child molestation in Thailand. An Anglo in a Thailand prison would be fodder for anything the prisoners wanted to visit on him.
Hopefully the Thailand authorities, our Federal Officials and the State of Colorado were all foresighted enough to take these possibilities into consideration. God forbid he ever gets back on the street.
No one should ever again be put through what JonBenet reputation and her family was forced to endure for the past ten years. The inept Bolder District Attorney, the international media and much of the public made the Ramsey Families life a living hell and for what, titillation simply a from of present day entertainment.
Who’s going to erase the smudge on the Ramsey family’s reputation? Not the Media, not the District Attorney of Bolder County Colorado that’s for sure.
I sincerely hope this Kerr person is guilty, however it’s not beyond some clever Lawyer and Kerr making all this up to get him out of Thailand back to the United States where he can manipulate the system.
