So Are You Pondering How to Prepare Green Eggs and Ham?
At first take two eggs of medium size, half cup finely cut fresh spinach and one fourth cup of cottage cheese. Then, take two tablespoons of shredded lean cooked ham. For this you can take Canadian bacon or according to your choice. Crush the eggs into a middle-sized mixing bowl. Add also the spinach, cottage cheese and lean cooked ham in the mixing bowl. Stir the mixture with a fork until the mixture is well-blended. This is indicated by the absence of stripes of egg white.
Take a seven to eight inch omelet pan. Coat this pan equally using cooking spray. Place a pan on a burner and be sure the heat supplied is medium. Spray few drops of water on pan after sometime to make sure that the pan is ready. If the water droplets dance over the pan, then pour the blended mixture into the pan. The eggs start to set. Don´t stir frequently as the eggs will break. When you see no further liquid on pan, remove it from burner. The eggs and the ham are then ready to serve.
