Nearly half of the budget of the Government of FYROM is being spent on self-worshiping campaigns, advertisements, announcements and calls, propagating Fascism: (pseudohistorical symbolism as evidence of ethnic supremace of the "Makedonodi" race and goal-directed no-opposition Collectivism. State Auditor found shocking data on Government expenditure for 2008. Out of 34 million USD, nearly 17,000,000 USD went for media services.

To campaign ads belongs most of the item of goods and services, which are separate objectives ¾ the budget of the government. For capital expenditure only one percent has been spent, but money had no current backup.

The final report for the previous year, which is not yet officially announced, the audit concluded that 30 percent of Government employees engaged through temporary employment agencies. Many of them, contrary to the law on civil servants, have a high percentage of managerial positions.

The Government gave wages to employee under the Framework Agreement [2001], although those by the end of the 2008 did not start to work. Due to the limited spatial conditions, individuals could not attend the job, and some of them received salaries even though they were engaged in other jobs.

Auditor is not persuaded that the law and spent and earmarked 150,000 euros for the fees of the members of the secondary Government committees. Contrary to the Rules, some of the persons named were not civil servants, and as the secretary of one of them a retiree was engaged. Even those who did not solved any subject were payed.

State Auditor could not be assured for justification made for expenditures for coffees, juices and lunches. Several hundred government employees spent 340,000 USD. Besides them, the government contrary to the law, transferred the money for food, transportation and salaries of employees and the regime-controlled, state-owned Macedonian Radio Television (MTV), Over 1,100,000 USD.

Responsible for the financial statements of the Government are Prime Minister Nikola Gruevski and Secretary General Stojan Todorov.
