On September 15, 2009, HHS Secretary Sebelius announced to the Health and Education Committee that 4 Swine Flu vaccines were now approved for use in the general public WITHOUT ANY SAFETY TESTING whatsoever. FDA's position is illogical, immoral and illegal. That is why Natural Solutions Foundation is on our way to Federal Court to stop this approval from going forward. Our case actually got stronger with Sebelius' announcement since we were about to go into Court for a Temporary Restraining Order (steeper uphill climb), but now we are suing to appeal the approval (strong case, even better chance of victory). Squalene adjuvanted vaccines may come to be regarded not as the source of Gulf War Syndrome, but perhaps Swine Flu Vaccine Syndrome or, accurately, Sebelius Syndrome. The vaccines that she licensed today will bring that to untold millions of people, young and old, unless awe demonstrate our determination to have coercive vaccinations removed from our lives, our families and our country

Yes, there is a million, not a thousand or a hundred thousand, a MILLION times more squalene in some of this now licensed vaccine than in the Vaccine A of Gulf War Syndrome fame. Our assertion about the amount of squalene was questioned by some and reported on Jeff Rense's site as completely accurate; see: http://www.rense.com/general87/mill.htm

For those of you who joined the Citizens Petition seeking Emergency Relief, thank you. Dozens of thousands of you joined the petition for yourself and for your organizations. That gave us a strong showing in the FDA process. Once the FDA ignored us, they gave us yet more ammunition in the coming Court case.
The Federal Court of Appeals, in which it is often called "the Little Supreme Court" because it hears appeals from the main federal agencies and this Court frequently finds itself against the FDA. Because the FDA is ignoring our emergency Citizens Petition, formally filed with them on August 31, 2009 as Docket No. FDA-2009-P-0418 we believe that we have yet more ammunition against the FDA in our suite.
The strategy, then, in a nutshell, is to make it clear that mandating a squalene vaccine is illegal in this country.
Making it available under pressure is coercion and that is illegal, too. We won't stand for it and we predict the courts will not stand for it either, if we have the resources to do it!
Now that the FDA has, in effect, rejected our Citizens Petition demanding full safety testing of the vaccines, we have "exhausted our administrative remedies" and have the right to appeal to the Courts!
