"EHL": The Scientific Diet Plan of 2010 … "Sorry, I am a Hypophagic Person"

This will be my upcoming scientific diet plan of 2010. It's an amazing plan that makes you progressively lose 1-2 pounds per week. It is a very effective plan that let you reach your targeted weight, and then helps you keep it on. I named it Elhashemy´s Hypophagic Lifestyle "EHL".

It deals with low volume meals plus targeting your body organs to work for you instead of stressing your self by following meticulous diet plans.

The vast majority of obese patients struggle with their condition for most of their lives. If you follow my EHL you will be one of those lucky who permanently resolves the battle of unwanted pounds accumulated over the years. EHL also proved to be an effective way to make improvements to your overall health.

You will make permanent changes in your lifestyle. The changes you make will not only result in losing weight but also keep it off for good.
