Lords of Fire and Destruction

ADMITTED OR NOT, only the Moro terrorist groups are behind the spate of bomb blasts in the Philippines since time immemorial.

These series of explosions killed and wounded so many innocent non-Muslim persons and institutions along the annals of Philippine history.

It is a practice for each terrorist group to issue smuggled statements of admission for the bombings, a few hours after the blasts, for certain demands to the philippine government. The demands are usually premised on financial provision and/or release of Moro captives, of the government.

In terms of bombing for terroristic vedetta, official statements of sympathy condemning the attack as "an act of shattering the best of God’s creations" is sent by high-ranking tribal authorities, instead. Ironically, a classic example of this type of terroristic attack comes after the issuance of Fatwa on "erring" non-Muslim persons and institutions.

FATWA

In the Islamic belief, Fatwa (Public or Confidential) is a Quranic decree from the Islamic church and state, for any "Honorable Muslim" to literally "end the lives of non-Muslims who resort to insulting, maligning and embarassing the Islamic deity and his people". The order of Fatwa goes on until fulfilled.

Fatwa is issued by highest-ranking religious authorities, such as the Darul Ifta and/or Committee on Da’wah (Islamic Call).

However, the two aforementioned letters of issue have one thing in common---THE NURTURE AND PRESERVATION OF EACH TERRORIST GROUP.

CONFLAGRATORY SCHOOLING

"Moro terrorists are very capable of making the bombs, as their leaders underwent rigid training on the many semestral subjects of "Bomb Assembly and Usage" during their AQ and JI scholarships in certain Islamic co-curricular schools abroad," confided an intelligence officer who requested anonimity.

Through the years of intensive intelligence operation, investigative findings revealed that the bomb blast shrapnels either bore the “signature of the MILF, Al Qaeda and Jemaah Islamiya”, or contained the "tag of the Islamic manufacturing company".

In a related development, a military bomb analyst said all the bomb blast shrapnels yielded similarity in terms of structure and composition, prompting the government to link the series of bomb blast with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), Abu Sayyaf Groups and splinter terror underlings.

The Philippine government also filed murder charges against the other Moro terror groups such as: Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF), Rajah Sulaiman Group (RSG), Urban Terrorist Groups (UTG), Independent, integrated and merged Al Qaeda Groups, Independent, integrated and merged Jemaa Islamiyah Groups, Independent, integrated and merged Mujahedeen groups, Moro mountain and sea bandits, and the Warlord/Warrior Clans.

FAMILY AFFAIR

Many members of the Warlord/Warior families are active with each of these terror groups in the militant struggle. They either serve as bomb blast executors or the monitoring of governmental moves,” said a government beat respondent.

All the bomb explosions are in parallel with the time schedules of Moro demands,” he said, adding that these bombings could justify the Presidential mandate to have these terrorists wiped out once and for all.

Intelligence findings also revealed that the terror bombings are primarily meant for Non-Muslims of the government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP), its guiding ally the United States of America, and the other foreign supporters.

The Philippines is a close partner of the United States in the global war against terrorism. With the spread of the Al Qaeda (AQ) terror network across the globe, and the rise of the South East Asian terrorist network Jemaah Islamiyah (JI), the stability and security of the Phil-Am counter-terrorism efforts takes on a more intensified urgency.
