Ab Circle Review - Does It Really Work?

John Davenport
One of the most popular fitness machines these days is the Ab Circle Pro. It has a stunning infomercial presented by famous fitness model Jennifer Nicole Lee. With a unique concept which makes it seem like fun to workout, there's no wonder why this product has become such a hot seller. But as we all know, infomercials aren't reality, so the question persists: Does Ab Circle Pro Really Work?

I decided to conduct my own research into the matter, read many user testimonials, and discovered the truth about this product.

Let me begin by saying that there are mixed reviews on the Ab Circle. Some people love it and some hate it. However, there are some major issues that people complained about repeatedly and so you should know about them:

Price

When you go online to purchase the Ab Circle, you immediately see that you can try it out at home for $14.95. This seems great but is not the full price. You will also need to add $34.95 for shipping and handling costs.

If you decide to send it back you will have to pay for shipping again. If you keep it you will be charged another 5 payments of $39.95 each. This brings the total price to over $200. Not as cheap as can be expected.

Ease of use

It seems as if the knee pads on this machine aren't as comfortable as they would seem to be. Some people wrote that they were actually painful.

In addition, holding the handlebar and positioning yourself as you do in the Ab Circle puts a lot of strain on the arms, sometimes more than on the abs themselves.

delivery time

Sometimes, it takes a lot while until you get the Ab Circle. Some people had to wait weeks which is probably due to the immense popularity of the machine.

Results

As you can't lose belly fat by doing stomach exercises alone but need to workout your entire body, I don't see how you can get the kind of results the AbCircle infomercial promises. There is room for disappointment here.

One interesting thing to see is how this machine compares to a top rated abs program: Ab Circle Pro Vs. Truth About Abs

All in all, only you can decide whether this machine is worth $200 to you.
