Change on earth is inevitable. We have outgrown our old ways of the past. The world is no longer in the 20th century. This is a new day, a new time, a new place, and an entire new human race coming to a planet near you by 2012. Read the signs of the time as the age of revealing and communication of what is and what is not constructive for the future.

"Health and Prosperity For ALL" is a defining MOTTO for the entire human race on planet earth.

The Preamble to the Constitution of UNESCO declares that ´since wars begin in the minds of men, it is in the minds of men that the defenses of peace must be constructed´.

Not just for those who can afford it. The elite has no worries mate. The greed of the rich and famous has ties that will not be broken until their motto is done away with to live by and that is "Cash is King".

Health and Prosperity For All is a dream I have and I am sure that most people on earth can actually share with me and everyone else on this planet.

Finding our way to make a better place to live for you and me and the entire human race was a dream for all beings that the King of Pop, Michael Jackson actually assisted us by putting his dream into words in a song called "We are the World." The man was a visionary and a head of his time. John Lennon was another great one who was killed. We in America tend to kill our future visionaries specially when they are right, President John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King for instance.

President Obama is an admirer of President Lincoln and yet, times are much different now. But, if one studies, truly breaks down the past and digs deep into recorded history one will learn much about how Lincoln was a Republican and yet it is the Democrats that seem to be now linked to the helping the blacks and the women with health and reform policies and procedures. Somewhere along the line through history it was the Republicans that wanted less government control and the Democrats wanting more. Some where in history there has been created a huge valley of distrust with the Democrats being linked to raising taxes to assist the poor and underpiviliged in the USA.

Now, it is time to be nonpartisan and to become one country with nothing but Americans and this is what these Town Hall Meetings around America are doing but, we can see some heated debates happening which is not solving the problems or allowing those who desire to be involved in a real forum of discussion to be heard. So, the Town Hall concepts are old school and there will have to be a better way for gathering with a new way to control the people in the streets. It's happening in Tehran, Iran and in America too!

The signs of the times are obvious. The people of the world are now more educated and now connected to the Internet and world wide web. We that sit at computers all day and tune into the world through the air waves, satellites, and new media are coming to learn that we must listen to society and the changing culture of awareness in the world.

The whole world wants CHANGE! President Obama ran on CHANGE! Now, let's create CHANGE!

American Health, Prosperity, and Liberty and Justice For All!

We need a new model with one that works with our computers and cell phones and a new triage way to share in the care and expense around the North American continent.

We will have those who are not citizens who could be hurt and because they do not hold an American birth certificate, social security card, and drivers license may hinder their health care. This type of triage and profiling is part of the debate for future change on the North American continent.

We should consider what has worked in Canada and what has not worked and create a new and better way for the whole continent. Whether we want to admit it or not, we are not going to build a wall like was done in East and West Germany so we need to get over our American elite selves and deal with our neighbors the same as Europe does.

This has been a long time in coming. Back in 1989 we were discussing International Trade and how Europe would come together for foreign and domestic trade desiring to capture the American Trade and they did come together and now have their own Eurodollar currency. Money is an important tool and if their leaders could come together on a currency then we certainly should be able to come together on ours plus healthcare.

"Health and Prosperity" is the theme and goal for this planet.

CLINICS, TRIAGE UNITS, EMERGENCY STATIONS, HOSPITALS

What´s a mother to do? A child is hurt on a public street while trying to cross the road. Someone calls 911 and an ambulance comes to take the child to the emergency room. Who pays?

First, in America, when someone is hurt, we do not ask the child if he is insured. We race the child to the hospital and hope we can locate his or her parents as soon as possible. This is America.

However the North American Medical Treaty is one that will more than likely follow the "Sin Tax" way of Canada with everyone sharing in a basic cost.

Those who have worked with the Federal Government in small business waiting to get paid knows that there are tremendous time lags and back logs in the red tape paper trail. Computers were suppose to make the world a better place when it came to documentation and assisting us with time on earth.

Americans needs health and prosperity for all just like liberty and justice for all.

We can do this in America and keep our heads held up high as future leaders in America and the world.

We can solve this major dilemma while the world keeps spinning through space. We can define our cultures and our traditions but they mean nothing when one´s life is in jeopardy. It is the medical doctors who can save a life that become important to all during major cataclysms and we can bring on more destruction to the world if this is what brings on the change needed.

Or we can do this peacefully and constructively, makes no difference to those in charge. They win either way in drug an terrorist control. Our main function in life is to live long and prosper which was coined in a fictitious character´s lines in a show called Star Trek and the being was Spock.

We may do well to be aware that there are other ways besides our own here on planet earth. There are many on earth who know about future ways to be.

We should begin with the entire global population and break it down into the 195 countries that include the Vatican, Kosovo, and Taiwan and not just China, USA, and Europe.

We should maintain the wisdom that if there is a land connection, a land bridge that we should all consider working with all that can make contact without having to depend on another part of the world.

We should continue to think globally however, due to the increase in the climate changes, the weather that is changing such as more hurricanes, typhoons, earthquakes, and cataclysms and pandemics that we can not predict, we must face the medical health triage emergency needs for this planet and now is not soon enough. The United Nations and UNESCO will have to play an immediate and important role or be replaced with a new Health and Prosperity Global Council to match the needs of the coming change on this planet prior to knowing more knowledge. Science and technology will play a major role in the future of human kind while the industrialized nations keep sharing in ways to make sure we have renewable resources in abundance for all future generations to come to this planet.

UNESCO - the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) was founded on 16 November 1945. For this specialized United Nations agency, it is not enough to build classrooms in devastated countries or to publish scientific breakthroughs. Education, Social and Natural Science, Culture and Communication are the means to a far more ambitious goal : to build peace in the minds of men.

In order that a unanimous, lasting and genuine peace may be secured, the Preamble declares that the States Party to the Constitution believed ´in full and equal opportunities for education for all, in the unrestricted pursuit of objective truth and in the free exchange of ideas and knowledge". 

As defined by the Constitution, the purpose of the Organization is: "to contribute to peace and security by promoting collaboration among nations through education, science and culture in order to further universal respect for justice, for the rule of law and for the human rights and fundamental freedoms which are affirmed for the peoples of the world, without distinction of race, sex, language or religion, by the Charter of the United Nations´.

Maybe we should come up with something similar for the entire human race to live by like a motto.
