ISRAELI AIR FORCE STRIKES PALESTINIAN TERRORISTS IN CAR
Sunday evening the Israeli Air Force fired at, and struck a car carrying Hamas members near a refugee camp in the neighborhood of Jabalya, in Gaza. Following the Air Strike some occupants of the car were able to run before it exploded in a fireball because of the amount of the weapons that were inside of the car. Israeli Air Force personnel said that they were using special weapons technology to detect specific weapons in the car, and had already identified the car from its “profile” as containing weapons.
In an Israeli helicopter attack missiles were fired at Palestinian terrorists in northern Gaza that were preparing to fire a rocket at Israel. A Hamas terrorist was killed, and two others were wounded.
The Israeli helicopter struck at the northern Gaza Strip terror cell that was preparing to launch rockets on Israel. Palestinian sources reported the death of one Hamas member, and the wounding of two others. The attack occurred in the Sajaiya neighborhood.
Throughout the night Israeli artillery attacks were made in northern and Southern Gaza terrorist sites.
An Israeli military spokesman said in response to operations in Gaza that “We shall continue to operate using all means against the Palestinian terror infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, in order to create the proper conditions for the safe retrieval of Corporal Gilad Shalit, and in a bid to put a stop to the Qassam (rocket) attacks.”
Palestinians government terrorists use old Israeli settlements to launch rockets into the Israeli territory. An Israeli soldier was on duty at the border between Gaza, and Israel on June 25 when Palestinian Hamas terrorists kidnapped him. Hamas has demanded the release of Palestinian terrorists held in Israel before the kidnapped Israeli soldier is returned. Israel says that it will not negotiate with terrorists.
There has been no mention of the Israeli soldier, who was believed to be held in southern Gaza last week. The Hamas has denied having any control over the kidnappers of the Israeli soldiers, despite Hamas military terrorists taking credit for his kidnapping.
