Voice For Peace To Launch Project For IDPs Settlement

The Voice For Peace is going to launch a project for the settlement of internally displaced persons of tribal areas situated on Pak-Afghan border. According to a rough estimate some three million people have been forced to leave their homes after the Pakistan Army launched an operation against the miscreants. The Voice For Peace will launch a campaign for fund raising, which is required for the settlement of IDPs, but it will not accept any help from the governments of Pakistan and United States as it considered these both governments responsible for the killing of thousands of people mostly women and children.

Voice For Peace, based in Bajaur Agency, Pakistan, promotes peace and the rule of law while seeking to extinguish violence, corruption, and terrorism. Voice For Peace promotes education and sustainable employment as tools that can deprive terrorists of new recruits, thus helping develop a more peaceful society.
