A Breakthrough in Obesity Management ..... Elhashemy´s Hypophagic Lifestyle "EHL"

Prof. Dr. Mohamed Elhashemy
When you developed this hypophagic lifestyle, you will unintentionally eat the least volumes of food, even if you are hungry, and even if you are confronted with all delicious foods that you like.

It is a very aggressive form of dietary lifestyle which will enforce you unintentionally to reach the lower limit of the normal standard BMI (i.e. around 21) within 2 years of day zero, without exhausting your willpower or your brain on following any form of dieting.

Hypophagia by definition is the chronic reduction or suppression of food intake to the very minimal.

In most cases it is non-physiological, such as occurs in anorexia and related diseases.

But according to my policy, it can be also physiologically induced, I introduced this term of induced hypophagia in the field of satiety science, since I had experience in the knowhow of developing such induced hypophagia.

This induced hypophagia may be reached following intensive Luqaimat training therapy "LTT" plus Elhashemy´s Stomach Satiety Spot "ESSS" stimulation plus Elhashemy´s Broad Spectrum Luqaimat Diet Plan plus repeated talk therapy, which includes introduction of many subliminal messages

Last year, I used my patent EHL in assisting 12 super-obese (with an average BMI of 51.6) in losing an average weight of 83 kg (182 pounds) within one year period. The group comprised of 9 males and 3 females, with height ranging from 1.75 to 1.98 meters, and with body weight ranging from 168 to 221 kg.

As I said above, my patent EHL includes four items the last of which is the talk therapy takes about 33 sittings by the rate of 1 sitting per week, each sitting take about half an hour. The resulting physiologically induced hypophagia led to massive and sustained weight loss.

I hereby announce my patent under the name:

ELHASHEMY HYPOPHAGIC LIFESTYLE "EHL"

I will write many articles to propagate such a very effective and breakthrough weight loss lifestyle procedure, which may put an end to the super obesity, morbid obesity, and even mild obesity states.
