Treatments on offer are:

Reflexology

Reflexology is a popular and relaxing Holistic treatment based on the principle that reflex points on the soles, top and sides of the feet are connected to corresponding areas throughout the body.

Reflexologists work on reflexes with their thumbs and fingers using specialized foot massage techniques said to help correct imbalances throughout the body and help release blocked energy.

Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy works with the pure properties of plants, using their essential oils in a natural, complementary therapy which can help improve both physical and emotional well being.

Aromatherapy is most effective in therapeutic massage often using both relaxing or uplifting fragrances.

Swedish Body Massage

Swedish body massage is one of many body massage therapies. Designed to produce deep relaxation and help ease aches and pains releasing the body’s natural pain killers, this popular massage therapy is well established all over the world.

Body massage as it suggests is a variety of selected massage movements using oil and working the muscles into relaxation by rhythmic movement and manipulation. Because touch is a primary human need, body massage helps relax and reassure the client and create a sense of well being.

Hot Stones Massage Therapy

Hot Stones Massage is the use of smooth hot volcanic stones being used with massage oil to work deep into your muscles creating a deep warm relaxing sensation. This treatment provides a deeper penetration of pressure and heat relaxing the muscles, expanding blood vessels and moving body fluids around the body. Toxins are released and removed and muscles are eased of unwanted tension and stress, leaving you calm, relaxed and feeling wonderful.

Indian Head Massage

A wonderful collection of massage movements applied to the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp, and face.

This is an ancient treatment which has been adapted to help eliminate the stresses and tensions of our high pressured, stressful world. Can be performed with minimal clothing removal

Tamworth alternative therapy treatments aim to compliment what Atlas currently have on offer and will cater for new and existing patient requirements. More details about Atlas Pain Relief Centre, testimonials and the therapists can be found by visiting the website www.atlaspainrelief.com
