Government Immunizes Pharmaceutical Companies From Swine Flu Immunization Lawsuits

A new document, signed by Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sebelius, reportedly immunizes Swine Flu vaccine manufacturers from lawsuits that result from any new swine flu vaccine -- just in time for protecting Pharmaceutical companies, including one that patented a Swine Flu vaccine a year ago, rushing to make billions of dollars in profits from a suspiciously questionable Swine Flu Pandemic manufactured by the World Health Organization (WHO) when the Swine Flu appeared during President Obama's visit to Mexico this past April.
During the mid 1970's, thousands of people filed lawsuits claiming they had suffered side effects from vaccine shots they received. Over 30 years later, with even more potentially fatal vaccines being rushed to market by scandal-ridden Pharmaceutical companies, the government has decided to make sure people who suffer from the adverse affects of the vaccines have no legal recourse with the manufacturers for their pain, suffering or death should it occur.
In the U.S. Government's typical modus operandi of giving themselves impunity for egregious crimes against humanity, the document that Sebelius signed last month was designed to grant immunity to those making a swine flu vaccine under the provisions of a 2006 law for public health emergencies that allows for a compensation fund if needed. Federal officials will also be immune from lawsuits under the document signed by Sebelius, conveniently granting themselves impunity from their actions that, in this case, eerily resemble acts of bioterrorism.
The 2006 law for public health emergencies is known as the 'Model Act.' It was modeled after the highly controversial 2001 'Model State Emergency Health Powers Act' supposedly written at the behest of someone with the Centers for Disease Control. The Model Act defines a public health emergency as an occurence or imminent threat of an illness or health condition believed to be caused by bioterrorism, the appearance of a novel of previously controlled or eradicated infectious agents or biological toxin, a natural disaster, a chemical attack or accidental release, or a nuclear attack or accident AND poses a high probability of a large number of deaths in the affected population, or widespread exposure to an infectious or toxic agent that poses a significant risk of substantial future harm to a large number of people in the affected population.
Baxter Filed for Swine Flu Vaccine a Year ago
On August 28, 2008, Baxter filed patent application # US200900609501A1 for their Swine Flu vaccine -- almost a year before the 'pandemic' was created by the WHO. A list of all the types of influenza included in Baxter's patent request can be found in this article from The Centre for Research on Globalization.
Baxter, who 'accidently' released contaminated flu virus material from its plant in Austria earlier this year, has reportedly received vaccine orders from five countries and won't be taking orders for anymore. Baxter's second quarter profits are already up 7.9 percent but it claims that the increased earnings don't reflect any contributions from making the Swine Flu vaccine.
In 1976, during the last Swine Flu pandemic that never materialized, over 40 million Americans were vaccinated. Thousands of those filed injury claims, saying they suffered from a paralyzing condition known as Guillain-Barre Syndrome or other side effects from receiving the Swine flu vaccinations. Will the Swine Flu pandemic being pushed by the Government materialize this time or will it end up being more politically-motivated propaganda responsible for killing an untold number of victims?
A Whole Industry is Waiting for a Pandemic
Epidemiologist Tom Jefferson slammed the 'dangerous fearmongering' being used to scare the public about the Swine Flu, dismissing it as nothing more than the product of an industry anticipating a profitable pandemic during a recent interview with Spiegel Online International.
In the Spiegel interview, Jefferson noted that one of the extraordinary features of this influenza -- and the whole influenza saga -- is that there are some people who make predictions year after year that get worse and worse, although none have come true so far and sometimes you get the feeling that there is a whole industry almost waiting for a pandemic to occur.
Jefferson also notes that the Swine Flu has been categorized as a pandemic because the WHO has changed its definition of a pandemic -- the old definition was a new virus, which went around quickly, for which you didn't have immunity, and which created a high morbidity and mortality rate. Now the WHO's definition of pandemic doesn't include not having immunity or high morbidity and mortality rates. He also notes that the estimated deaths attributed to the flu by the WHO are systematically overestimated.
He goes on to note that influenza is a big money maker for the Pharmaceutical companies because there are vaccines and drugs you can sell to combat it. Because there is big money in it, the Pharmaceutical industry makes sure that its research is published in the good medical journals. The strict focus on influenza is not only misguided, it's also dangerous according to Mr. Jefferson.
Vaccine Rushed to Market Before Trial Results are Received
Jefferson has systematically evaluated all the studies on immunization against seasonal influenza and notes that immunization doesn't work particularly well. Influenza vaccines don't work well against the majority of influenza-like illnesses because it's only designed to combat influenza viruses. Because of that, the vaccine changes nothing when it comes to the winter months. Even in the best cases, the flu vaccine only works against influenza viruses to a limited degree.

Now that the Obama administration has signed a document of immunity from legal prosecution, the U.S. FDA and the UK Health authorities have decided to let the Pharmaceutical companies put the vaccine products onto the market before any tests of the possibly harmful side effects of the vaccines become known. Children will be the first in line to receive the shots more than a month before trial results are received.
Based on what we already know about the questionable Swine Flu pandemic and the potentially lethal Swine Flu vaccines being rushed to market -- as well as Baxter's deadly faux pas in the past -- and the U.S. immunizing vaccine makers and Federal officials from lawsuits, it appears that 1976 is repeating itself on a much larger scale, only this time around it could be a lot more deadly.
