Come "Stay Out and Play" While Contributing to Canuck Place

June 29, 2009, Vancouver BC – Agoo Kids, the Vancouver-based manufacturer of Agoo® Apparel –

uniquely styled athletic wear for urban kids – is proud to announce their 1st Annual Agoo Kids Active Day:

fun for a good cause! All proceeds from the event will go to Canuck Place.

Children and their parents and caregivers are invited to come "Stay Out and Play" with us at a great event

featuring a musical performance by Bobs and Lolo, Bouncy Castles, a gym circuit, and much more!

The purpose of the day is two-fold. In conjunction with Participaction Canada, Agoo is encouraging

children and their families to get active and wants to provide them with some inspiration to do so, all while

contributing to Canuck Place – a Children's Hospice providing specialized pediatric palliative care for

children living with a life-threatening illness and support for their families throughout British Columbia.

Whether dancing and singing along with the popular Bobs and Lolo, jumping and sliding in a bouncy

castle or playing on a gym circuit, it´s about getting kids moving, and giving something back to children

whose activity levels are limited by their illnesses.

The event will take place on Saturday July 18, 2009 from 10 am to 3 pm at the Kits Ice Arena. Dance and

sing with your kids to a musical performance by Bobs and Lolo, jump for joy on the Bouncy Castles, and

flex those muscles at the kid-friendly gym circuit.

Tickets are $7 for a single ticket and $15 for a family ticket. All proceeds from the event will benefit

Canucks Place Children´s Hospice. Kid-centric companies can help the cause by donating kids´ products

for the event.

For more information and to purchase tickets, call us at 604 266 7500, or email us at or visit Activeday or

Agoo Apparel.

Agoo Apparel is a Vancouver-based children's apparel company under the design and direction of JB Sacallis. Recognizing that

kids play, jump, lunge, dash, climb and move their bodies in amazing ways, Agoo Apparel´s clothes are constructed with movement

and comfort in mind. They go where kids go, be it the park, school or even Gramma's house; Agoo has something for every kid and

every occasion. To keep with the idea of comfort, our fabrics have Wick Away fibers that pull moisture and sweat away from the

body, and move it to the surface. No more chills or over heating, this feature keeps kids cool and dry all at the same time.

Combined with Stain Resistance and UV Protection, the form-fitted designs are fashionable and appealing to kids and parents alike.

Agoo Apparel can be found online at www.agoo4u.com and in select children´s clothing boutique´s and e-tailers.
