Life Will Only Manifest What You Believe

The fundamental concept of the Law of Attraction is what's going on inside your mind affects how the world impacts you. Instead of "seeing is believing", "believing is seeing". Run that through your mind carefully – what you believe in is what you'll see. We're going to show you how to believe and see the world in an entirely new way!

Now, we're not saying that if you believe you'll fly if you step off a cliff, that you will. We are saying that what you believe in will shape how the myriad of opportunities in life impact you. People who see themselves in a positive light, who believe that good things are coming to them, tend to be right. Whether that's because the Law of Attraction is a metaphysical law, or because they're more open to opportunities makes no difference.

So, here's how to open your eyes to the Law of Attraction:

First, take a moment to visualize positive outcomes to events. Any time you think about something you're going to do, and you're worried, or flustered about it, stop yourself. Take a deep breath. Inhale through the nose, and out through the mouth, and close your eyes. Visualize every step of the process, visualize how the entire task will occur once completed, and take a moment to anticipate how good you'll feel to have gotten the job done. This technique is used by motivational speakers, and people who teach public speaking for a living, and it works. It's very similar to how the top players in muscle memory sports, like golf, tennis and basketball, improve their game – they take a moment to visualize that perfect swing, or back hand or free throw.

Second, look for sources of negativity in your life, and neutralize them. Are you the sort of person who drives the freeways with white knuckles and a curse bitten back, who's constantly late? Make a conscious effort to get up a half an hour earlier, and set all of your clocks 10 minutes fast, so you leave sooner. When you're stuck in traffic, rather than getting angry at the other people clogging the highway, go over your meeting notes or your plans for the day, and try to maintain your serenity. Is there a person who constantly brings you down, always talking about how life is unfair to them? Try to minimize their impact on your life – it may seem cruel, but for the Law of Attraction to work, you need to maintain your positive attitude.


Third, take up something that will get you exercising (with a moderate increase in heart rate and respiration) at least thirty minutes per day. Yeah, yeah, we know – it sounds like your old gym teacher talking. Seriously, the time you spend exercising is the time you can let your mind unwind from the stresses of the day, and the time after you exercise is when you can reflect on what's happening in your life.

Fourth, and finally, focus on improvement. Set aside an hour every week to list everything you accomplished in the last week, and make your "to do" list for the next week. Knowing what you intend to do, and what you've done, is the best way to bolster your beliefs, and let the Law of Attraction work for you!

Allow yourself to be open and follow these 4 steps. Then you will instantly be on the path to changing what you believe as your reality and manifesting that which you truly desire.
