Capitalism vs. Socialism #1102
Which is better - capitalism or socialism? Young Americans are equally divided.
Recent polls of young Americans show they are equally divided over capitalism vs. socialism. "Socialism and globalism have become a reality in this country." Hank Giesecke- Capitalism vs. Socialism
In a recent Rasmussen survey of American adults under 30 years of age, 37% preferred capitalism and 33% prefer socialism and 30% are undecided. They are equally divided between capitalism and socialism. And why shouldn´t they be? Socialism has been taught in schools for years, so young Americans have little preference for capitalism. It´s capitalism that has given us economic freedom, private ownership of property and prosperity. It´s capitalism that has led to innovation and free enterprise. But what will be the future of this country when young Americans are equally divided over a system of proven success and one of proven failure? How will future generations fight to preserve a system they don´t appreciate?
Also in the survey, Republicans favored capitalism by 11 to 1. Democrats are closely divided with 39% preferring socialism, calling capitalism´ greed´, ´excess´ and ´unequal´. So they want to redistribute the wealth – make everyone equal – equally POOR.
Our government is being transformed from capitalism to socialism, yet most young Americans don´t know the difference between the two. Socialism and communism no longer have negative connotations. Some people say capitalism is the unequal distribution of wealth. But socialism is the equal distribution of misery! Socialism offers prosperity but in reality brings poverty and empty shelves. Capitalism has proven that it raises the standard of living for all.
Socialism is an illusion that claims to help the working man but enslaves him. Some socialists call Christians ´scary,´ but remember the Nazi´s were Socialists, their name was the National Social German Workers Party, and they tortured and killed Christians and Jews. Soviet Russia was socialist (USSR- The Union of Soviet SOCIALIST Republics) and they too killed Jews and Christians. Red China is socialist: remember Tiananmen Square? Socialism means repression and brings death to non-conformists.
The basic question is this: Is the state sovereign or is God sovereign? Who owns your property? If you own it, why can the state tax it and take it away if you don´t pay the taxes? In socialism, the state owns EVERYTHING and allows you to keep some of it. SO the state can force you to put your kids in their schools. They can tax everything you have. The government that gives you everything you want can take it all away.
Speaking on the economic crisis President Obama said, "Government is the only thing that can help."
Vice President Biden said, "It is our patriotic duty to pay taxes."
Colon Powell (RINO) said "Americans are looking for more government in their lives, not less."

The Declaration of Independence says God endowed Americans with certain inalienable rights, including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. But if God is expunged from public life, then who endows Americans with inalienable rights? The state?? Then, what happens to our inalienable rights? They will be subject to the state's whims. Isn't it deliciously ironic that the ACLU, which is supposedly the foremost champion of our rights, is leading the campaign to diminish them? Robert B.
Removing the word "God" is an establishment of religion, namely atheism.
Norman Thompson, a U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate in the 1940´s said "The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism, but under the name of ´liberalism,´ they will adopt every fragment of the socialist programs, until one day America will be a socialist nation without knowing how it happened." He went on to say, "I no longer need to run as a Presidential Candidate for the Socialist Party. The Democratic Party has adopted our platform."
What will it take to wake Americans up? Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness has been replaced with the stealing by the state in the name of the greater good. When American taxpayers finally do awake, they are going to be really angry. And the anti-American left won´t let up until then.

Walter Williams wrote an article that said we´ve become a nation of thieves – forcibly taking money from some people to give to others. That´s theft! Yet government can´t give to one person unless it forcibly takes from others. Socialism means much higher taxes!
Russian Prime Minister Vladamir Putin warned in a speech at the opening ceremony of the World Economic Forum in Switzerland "Don´t turn away from the spirit of free enterprise which is being eroded in the last few months." Here´s the head of Russia warning us against turning away from free enterprise and adopting socialism. WHY?? Simply because it doesn´t work. He should know.
David Nobel of Summit Ministries wrote, "Socialists are united in their desire to see capitalism destroyed and would rejoice if Christianity were destroyed along with it. Capitalism has raised more people out of poverty than any other economic system. Nearly all inventions have come from individuals rather than groups or governments."

Freedom From Bondage 1103
We have a whole generation being saturated with pornography, a plague capturing millions of people. Internet porn is epidemic. The only way to stop this assault is with a strong defense. The Cross parts 1+2 1104-1105
Experts say young people need heroes and positive role models to look up to. Arthur Blessitt is one of the most unique men to walk the entire face of the earth. He carried a 12´ wooden cross through every country on earth- the longest walk in history – 38,102 miles. The movie, THE CROSS, tells his fascinating story. He walked through the front lines of 52 war zones and he was beaten and stoned by angry mobs of Muslims. In South America, he faced a firing squad, but God miraculously protected him. He has shaken hands with more people than any other person throughout history.
We pray for Godly leaders and God gives us little boys. How can we raise them to be Godly, courageous people?
One way is through examples of Godly, courageous people. One example is Arthur Blessitt, who carried the cross into every inhabited place on earth for 40 years. This is courage and dedication!
Although he was called by God to carry this heavy wooden cross, just before he started, the side of his face and his arm and leg went numb. He couldn´t move normally. In the hospital the doctors shot dye into his arteries and he had a bad reaction that caused his neck to swell up twice its size. The doctors told him he had two brain aneurysms that could burst at any moment. He was told not to carry anything or he could die. He had a choice. Do what God called him to do, and risk death, or continue to live but a totally sedentary life. What would you do?
He said to God, "You called me to carry the cross and I would rather die doing YOUR will than to go on living not doing what you called me to do." Most people would follow their doctors´ orders and stay alive but not Arthur Blessitt. So out of bed he arose and he set forth carrying the cross even though he was still weak, numb and wobbly. God honored Arthur´s ´walk of faith´ – his obedience, and he walked through dangerous jungles, to China, Beirut through the front lines of a war zone, and down the Via Dolorosa in Jerusalem.
Through it all he learned that hardships and difficulties are not stumbling blocks but stepping stones. Because of brain aneurysms, he was warned not to carry anything, but he said he would rather die doing God´s will than live outside of it. This is a message of God´s profound love for people.
Last month, President Obama surprised people in Turkey when he told reporters that America "is not a Christian nation." That was news to citizens back home who faithfully pledge their allegiance to "one nation, under God." "Although... we have a large Christian population," the President said, "we [don't] consider ourselves a Christian nation, or a Jewish nation, or a Muslim nation. We consider ourselves a nation of citizens who are bound by ideals and a set of values." A bipartisan coalition recently introduced a new resolution affirming our nation's rich Christian tradition. H. Res. 397 documents the United States as a Judeo-Christian nation from its inception. The preambles of all 50 state constitutions are prefaced by gratitude to God or appeals to His guidance. It has been said that America is a Christian nation, but do we understand what a Christian nation really is?
A Christian nation, as we use the term, is not one that simply has a majority Christian populace, nor is it a nation that is run by the church or some ecclesiastical body. Europe in the Middle Ages had many Catholic nations where this was the case. Rather, a Christian nation is one that is founded upon "CHRISTIAN PRINCIPLES," whose laws and institutions reflect a Christian world-view. Stephen McDowell & Mark Beliles – Liberating the Nations –
America has been in the process of transforming from a Christian nation to a godlessness one, by the influence of our culture and for many decades, through what is called "education" today. The foundations of our faith have been allowed to be undermined.

In the book of Joel 2:15-17 tells us what to do when there is spiritual darkness spreading across the land: BLOW the trumpet in Zion, consecrate a fast, call a sacred assembly; gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders… Let the priests, who minister to the Lord, weep between the porch and the alter; let them say, "Spare Your people, O Lord, and do not give your heritage to reproach, that the [unbelieving] nations should rule over them. Scripture says a day will come when God shakes everything that can be shaken. The only thing that will remain after this shaking is that which can´t be shaken. What is it that can´t be shaken by God´s judgment? It is THE CHURCH OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST… If you have confessed Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you need never fear the wrath of God.

I have been so upset, all the other religions in the world can be discussed openly, but just the mere mention of Christianity, God or Jesus in hushed tones and you are subject to dismissal or other forms of discipline. Last week Barack Obama´s message to the world was: "the United States is not and never will be at war with Islam." This week, Barack Obama´s Department of Homeland Security´s message to conservatives was:
The United States may soon be at war with you.

It's not al-Qaida, Hamas or Hezbollah that has the Department of Homeland Security on edge. Once again, it's the vast right-wing conspiracy. Homeland Security sent a report to police stations and other law enforcement agencies around the country that says the big threat of domestic violence comes from "right-wing extremists." President Clinton's White House and FBI were ALSO looking for right-wing extremists for eight years. And, of course, the Clinton administration never saw 9/11 coming because, well, they were too busy looking under beds for right-wing extremists.
And if you're one of those who think the federal government is grabbing too much power, you, too, are on the enemies list. What´s next? No guns allowed for right-wing 'extremists?' A new gun law in Congress, H.R. 2159, could deny firearms to pro-lifers, gun-rights advocates, tax protesters, and people who voted against Obama, because according to the DHS, they're all potential terrorists. What happened to the Second Amendment? Where´s the due process? A bumper sticker correctly says, "Legalize the Constitution!"
The Thomas More Law Center filed a Freedom of Information Act demanding to know why the DHS calls Americans who oppose abortion, support 2nd Amendment gun rights and dislike lax immigration law enforcement, "extremists."
Richard Thompson, president of Thomas More Law Center said:
"It is a declaration of war against the American people and our constitution. It is a prelude to extreme gun control legislation and hate speech laws targeting Christian churches and others who oppose abortion and same sex marriage. The federal government should be focusing its attention on the 35 radical Muslim compounds in the U.S. training its followers on how to kidnap and kill Americans."
A Homeland Security directive is designed "to help police spot the tell-tale signs indicating potentially dangerous right wing extremism." They include: Being unimpressed by America's first 'African-American' president; objecting to tax hikes; Disliking big government; and "Opposition to abortion, and gun control. Liberal left-wing extremists love the idea that the greatest danger to the world comes from the extreme right." This is something to be very concerned about.
Most God-fearing, hard working, tax-paying honest, Christian Americans, along with returning servicemen and women, would be considered right-wing extremists and may be considered terrorists by the Dept of Homeland Security.

According to the Dept of Homeland Security I may be someone the government should be worried about. I believe in God, I´m a military veteran, I am pro-life, I own a number of firearms and am a member of the NRA, I am a retired police officer, I am conservative and believe taxes are too high. Professionally, I have written 15 books in six languages, and have studied history all my life. There is something monumentally large afoot, something of historic proportions is happening. I can sense it. Yes, a perfect storm may be brewing. We have intentionally dumbed down our schools, ignored our history, and no longer teach our founding documents. The media would never play that for you. I have never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. Obama is dividing us.
I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s, when the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser whom the average German knew nothing about, but who edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory and promises- he smiled and waved a lot. Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, got kids into a Youth Movement where they were taught what to think. How did he do it? By indoctrinating the children, health care for all, better wages, and re-instilling pride in their country. He did it with a compliant media. And the people surely got what they voted for -- CHANGE.
Don't forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in Europe. It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And in less than six years - a shorter time span than just two terms of the U. S. presidency - it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors. All with the best of intentions, of course. The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.

Getting Into Heaven
I was testing the children in my Sunday school class to see if they understood the concept of getting into heaven.
I asked them, "If I sold my house and my car, had a big garage sale and gave all my money to the church, would that get me into Heaven?" "NO!" the children answered. "If I cleaned the church every day, mowed the yard, and kept everything neat and tidy, would that get me into Heaven?" Again, the answer was, "NO!"
I was just bursting with pride for them. "Well," I continued, "then how can I get into Heaven?"
A five-year-old boy shouted out, "YOU GOTTA BE DEAD!"
The Wonder of Heaven parts 1+2 1096-1097
What´s the greatest event in all human history? It has to be the Resurrection of Jesus Christ because the greatest enemy- death itself was defeated. Bible teacher, Ron Rhodes, author of 45 books including The Wonder of Heaven- A Biblical Tour of Our Eternal Home, answers questions like, "Is heaven a real place? Will we recognize our loved ones? Capitalism vs. Socialism #1102
Which is better - capitalism or socialism? Young Americans are equally divided.
Recent polls of young Americans show they are equally divided over capitalism vs. socialism. "Socialism and globalism have become a reality in this country." Hank Giesecke- Capitalism vs. Socialism
In a recent Rasmussen survey of American adults under 30 years of age, 37% preferred capitalism and 33% prefer socialism and 30% are undecided. They are equally divided between capitalism and socialism. And why shouldn´t they be? Socialism has been taught in schools for years, so young Americans have little preference for capitalism. It´s capitalism that has given us economic freedom, private ownership of property and prosperity. It´s capitalism that has led to innovation and free enterprise. But what will be the future of this country when young Americans are equally divided over a system of proven success and one of proven failure? How will future generations fight to preserve a system they don´t appreciate?
Also in the survey, Republicans favored capitalism by 11 to 1. Democrats are closely divided with 39% preferring socialism, calling capitalism´ greed´, ´excess´ and ´unequal´. So they want to redistribute the wealth – make everyone equal – equally POOR.
Our government is being transformed from capitalism to socialism, yet most young Americans don´t know the difference between the two. Socialism and communism no longer have negative connotations. Some people say capitalism is the unequal distribution of wealth. But socialism is the equal distribution of misery! Socialism offers prosperity but in reality brings poverty and empty shelves. Capitalism has proven that it raises the standard of living for all.
Socialism is an illusion that claims to help the working man but enslaves him. Some socialists call Christians ´scary,´ but remember the Nazi´s were Socialists, their name was the National Social German Workers Party, and they tortured and killed Christians and Jews. Soviet Russia was socialist (USSR- The Union of Soviet SOCIALIST Republics) and they too killed Jews and Christians. Red China is socialist: remember Tiananmen Square? Socialism means repression and brings death to non-conformists.
The basic question is this: Is the state sovereign or is God sovereign? Who owns your property? If you own it, why can the state tax it and take it away if you don´t pay the taxes? In socialism, the state owns EVERYTHING and allows you to keep some of it. SO the state can force you to put your kids in their schools. They can tax everything you have. The government that gives you everything you want can take it all away.
Speaking on the economic crisis President Obama said, "Government is the only thing that can help."
Vice President Biden said, "It is our patriotic duty to pay taxes."

The Declaration of Independence says God endowed Americans with certain inalienable rights, including life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. But if God is expunged from public life, then who endows Americans with inalienable rights? The state?? Then, what happens to our inalienable rights? They will be subject to the state's whims. Walter Williams wrote an article that said we´ve become a nation of thieves – forcibly taking money from some people to give to others. That´s theft! Yet government can´t give to one person unless it forcibly takes from others. Socialism means much higher taxes!
Russian Prime Minister Vladamir Putin warned in a speech at the opening ceremony of the World Economic Forum in Switzerland "Don´t turn away from the spirit of free enterprise which is being eroded in the last few months." Here´s the head of Russia warning us against turning away from free enterprise and adopting socialism. WHY?? Simply because it doesn´t work. He should know.
David Nobel of Summit Ministries wrote, "Socialists are united in their desire to see capitalism destroyed and would rejoice if Christianity were destroyed along with it. Capitalism has raised more people out of poverty than any other economic system. Nearly all inventions have come from individuals rather than groups or governments."

Freedom From Bondage 1103
We have a whole generation being saturated with pornography, a plague capturing millions of people. Internet porn is epidemic. The only way to stop this assault is with a strong defense. The Cross parts 1+2 1104-1105
Experts say young people need heroes and positive role models to look up to. Arthur Blessitt is one of the most unique men to walk the entire face of the earth. He carried a 12´ wooden cross through every country on earth- the longest walk in history – 38,102 miles. The movie, THE CROSS, tells his fascinating story. He walked through the front lines of 52 war zones and he was beaten and stoned by angry mobs of Muslims. In South America, he faced a firing squad, but God miraculously protected him. He has shaken hands with more people than any other person throughout history.
We pray for Godly leaders and God gives us little boys. How can we raise them to be Godly, courageous people?
One way is through examples of Godly, courageous people. One example is Arthur Blessitt, who carried the cross into every inhabited place on earth for 40 years. This is courage and dedication!
Although he was called by God to carry this heavy wooden cross, just before he started, the side of his face and his arm and leg went numb. He couldn´t move normally. In the hospital the doctors shot dye into his arteries and he had a bad reaction that caused his neck to swell up twice its size. The doctors told him he had two brain aneurysms that could burst at any moment. He was told not to carry anything or he could die. He had a choice. Do what God called him to do, and risk death, or continue to live but a totally sedentary life. What would you do?
He said to God, "You called me to carry the cross and I would rather die doing YOUR will than to go on living not doing what you called me to do." Most people would follow their doctors´ orders and stay alive but not Arthur Blessitt. So out of bed he arose and he set forth carrying the cross even though he was still weak, numb and wobbly. God honored Arthur´s ´walk of faith´ – his obedience, and he walked through dangerous jungles, to China, Beirut through the front lines of a war zone, and down the Via Dolorosa in Jerusalem.
Through it all he learned that hardships and difficulties are not stumbling blocks but stepping stones. Because of brain aneurysms, he was warned not to carry anything, but he said he would rather die doing God´s will than live outside of it. This is a message of God´s profound love for people.
Last month, President Obama surprised people in Turkey when he told reporters that America "is not a Christian nation." That was news to citizens back home who faithfully pledge their allegiance to "one nation, under God." "Although... we have a large Christian population," the President said, "we [don't] consider ourselves a Christian nation, or a Jewish nation, or a Muslim nation. We consider ourselves a nation of citizens who are bound by ideals and a set of values." A bipartisan coalition recently introduced a new resolution affirming our nation's rich Christian tradition. H. Res. 397 documents the United States as a Judeo-Christian nation from its inception. The preambles of all 50 state constitutions are prefaced by gratitude to God or appeals to His guidance. It has been said that America is a Christian nation, but do we understand what a Christian nation really is?
A Christian nation, as we use the term, is not one that simply has a majority Christian populace, nor is it a nation that is run by the church or some ecclesiastical body. Europe in the Middle Ages had many Catholic nations where this was the case. America has been in the process of transforming from a Christian nation to a godlessness one, by the influence of our culture and for many decades, through what is called "education" today. The foundations of our faith have been allowed to be undermined.

Scripture says a day will come when God shakes everything that can be shaken. The only thing that will remain after this shaking is that which can´t be shaken. What is it that can´t be shaken by God´s judgment? It is THE CHURCH OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST… If you have confessed Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you need never fear the wrath of God.

It's not al-Qaida, Hamas or Hezbollah that has the Department of Homeland Security on edge. Once again, it's the vast right-wing conspiracy. Homeland Security sent a report to police stations and other law enforcement agencies around the country that says the big threat of domestic violence comes from "right-wing extremists." President Clinton's White House and FBI were ALSO looking for right-wing extremists for eight years. And, of course, the Clinton administration never saw 9/11 coming because, well, they were too busy looking under beds for right-wing extremists.
And if you're one of those who think the federal government is grabbing too much power, you, too, are on the enemies list. What´s next? No guns allowed for right-wing 'extremists?' A new gun law in Congress, H.R. 2159, could deny firearms to pro-lifers, gun-rights advocates, tax protesters, and people who voted against Obama, because according to the DHS, they're all potential terrorists. What happened to the Second Amendment? Where´s the due process? A bumper sticker correctly says, "Legalize the Constitution!"
The Thomas More Law Center filed a Freedom of Information Act demanding to know why the DHS calls Americans who oppose abortion, support 2nd Amendment gun rights and dislike lax immigration law enforcement, "extremists."
Richard Thompson, president of Thomas More Law Center said:
"It is a declaration of war against the American people and our constitution. It is a prelude to extreme gun control legislation and hate speech laws targeting Christian churches and others who oppose abortion and same sex marriage. The federal government should be focusing its attention on the 35 radical Muslim compounds in the U.S. training its followers on how to kidnap and kill Americans."
A Homeland Security directive is designed "to help police spot the tell-tale signs indicating potentially dangerous right wing extremism." They include: Being unimpressed by America's first 'African-American' president; objecting to tax hikes; Disliking big government; and "Opposition to abortion, and gun control. Liberal left-wing extremists love the idea that the greatest danger to the world comes from the extreme right." This is something to be very concerned about.
Most God-fearing, hard working, tax-paying honest, Christian Americans, along with returning servicemen and women, would be considered right-wing extremists and may be considered terrorists by the Dept of Homeland Security.

I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s, when the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser whom the average German knew nothing about, but who edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory and promises- he smiled and waved a lot. Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, got kids into a Youth Movement where they were taught what to think. How did he do it? By indoctrinating the children, health care for all, better wages, and re-instilling pride in their country. He did it with a compliant media. And the people surely got what they voted for -- CHANGE.
Don't forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in Europe. It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals, laboratories, and universities. And in less than six years - a shorter time span than just two terms of the U. S. presidency - it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, abrogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors. All with the best of intentions, of course. The road to Hell is paved with good intentions.

So when adversity comes your way, don´t let it get you down. Let it push you up as you draw closer to God. Getting Into Heaven
I was testing the children in my Sunday school class to see if they understood the concept of getting into heaven.
I asked them, "If I sold my house and my car, had a big garage sale and gave all my money to the church, would that get me into Heaven?" "NO!" the children answered. "If I cleaned the church every day, mowed the yard, and kept everything neat and tidy, would that get me into Heaven?" Again, the answer was, "NO!"
I was just bursting with pride for them. "Well," I continued, "then how can I get into Heaven?"
A five-year-old boy shouted out, "YOU GOTTA BE DEAD!"

What´s the greatest event in all human history? It has to be the Resurrection of Jesus Christ because the greatest enemy- death itself was defeated. Bible teacher, Ron Rhodes, author of 45 books including The Wonder of Heaven- A Biblical Tour of Our Eternal Home, answers questions like, "Is heaven a real place? Will we recognize our loved ones? What will people do in heaven? Will we eat in heaven? Will our pets be there?" Pastor William Frey, author of The Dance of Hope, says the Resurrection gives meaning to life. The music is incredible- out of this world. But the greatest treasure of heaven is meeting the One who made it all possible – Jesus. Dean met relatives. His message is the urgency for others to receive Christ. Meditating on heaven relieves anxiety on earth.
