Available ones include oak, teak, bamboo, rosewood, mahogany, etc. Choose what suits your taste. You will need two veneer sheets slightly bigger than your door size. Choose a natural polish for your veneer. There are different types of polishing stuff available. Go with the one that is water-proof and is long lasting. Three coats of polish will be required.

Choose three 4-inch brass hinges with bigger gauges so that they hold your door properly. Buy a good quality locking system, preferably of brass.
