Do Christian Canadians hate Sikhs, Muslims and Jews?

Having not seen the offending arguments in the Maclean´s Magazine, I cannot comment on it´s content. However, I would like to add my two cents to Barbara Kay´s article http://network.nationalpost.com/np/blogs/holy-post/archive/2009/04/27/barbara-kay.aspx.

In 1997, I was accused, by the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, of "hatred towards Muslims" in Toronto, for a pamphlet that I produced. Shabir Ally, a Muslim cleric, was seeking the charges. However the case was dropped due to a lack of evidence.

Yet the Canadian Federal Government did convict me of hate speech for the same pamphlet.

There is a question that I am asked and indeed is presented many times in the media, "Why do Christians hate Muslims or any other religion for that matter?"

Perhaps you don´t see the confusion in this question as I do, but it certainly is in your article none-the-less, and perhaps in the Maclean´s article as well, I don´t know.

Here is the problem with the question.

Many look at any conflicts that Christians have against "another religion" as an attack against "those who follow" this same religion. In other words, we are accused of "hating Muslims". For example, because we believe that the "god of Islam is satanic" it is being suggested that we hate Muslims.

We do not hate Muslims, yet because we hate their religious teachings that they follow, we are accused of hating Muslims.

It is this Islamic religion that teaches to hate anyone if they are non-Muslim, Christians, Jews, all Non-Muslims.

One merely has to look at the many examples around the world of Islamic terrorism when one criticizes their religious teachings or their prophet Muhammad. The cartoon that describes Muhammad, as a terrorist, is a true description of what Muhammad was, but just as importantly, is a prime example of the "insanity" that "is Islam". With close to 200 Innocent people murdered and hundreds of thousands of dollars in property damages, mostly to churches, we Christians ask, Why ? Because of a cartoon? This is not the teaching of the God of Israel. So in a Christian´s opinion we do not follow the same God

In Islamic teachings, and as part of the teachings of Sharia laws, it is illegal for anyone to make fun of Muhammad or his god, with death being the penalty. Examples of these teachings, made into law, are found in all Islamic societies around the world today including the new "Moderate" and "liberated" country of Afghanistan.

So can we draw the dots together and say that the religious teaching of Islam does expose Muslims to terrorize Non-Muslims? Yes, it most certainly can be said. These "laws of Islam" are being forced on the "Non-Muslims" in "Non-Muslim nations" by terrorism and acts of violence just as they are being imposed and enforced to Christians in Islamic societies.

Is it right to say to anyone, that hatred of these Islamic laws "is proof" that we hate Muslims? Should we hate all Germans because of Hitler? The answer of course is "NO", but then again, nor should we hate Muslims because of Muhammad.

Back in 1997 my writings were in fact taken to mean that I hate Muslims, according to the Federal Court of Canada.

I compared that which was taking place against Christians living in Islamic societies (the persecution) and compared (it) to the Islamic teachings. Then I asked this question "Are the teachings of Islamic laws different here in Canada when compared to those in the Islamic societies where Christian families we´re being persecuted? The answer I was seeking was never given, as the question fell on deaf ears.

The court had difficulty understanding the comparisons that I was trying to draw attention to, which was not that I hate Muslims, but rather that Islam hates us, and that it´s the Islamic teachings that are imposing restrictions on Christians which are discriminating, and are teaching racial hatred against all Non-Muslims in all nations, Islamic or not.

Statistics are also revealing. They are showing a steady growth of migrated Muslims coming into Canada. One reason we believe is because our Canadian laws against polygamy have become so relaxed, that many Muslim men who have more than 1 wife, in an Islamic society, are still being allowed to bring his wife´s (up to 4) with him into Canada to live a happy life. Marriages "still intact" can provide up to 10 children or more "per wife". If one does the math we can see how Islam has been growing at an alarming rate over the years. We wonder as Christians, "if Muslims become the majority in Canada will then Islam be how Canada will be guided in the near future?"

The Canadian Federal Court, Instead of taking this golden opportunity to expose the truth about Islam, had to convince itself that I did not know what I was talking about when it came to Islam, and that I just hated all Muslims. Judge Linden even mocking me by Laughing when he said ´Mr. Harding posits a world-wide Muslim conspiracy theory´ in his judgment against me.

The real problem in that courtroom, was FEAR!

I can hate Islam as a religious cult without hating those who follow it. In fact I do.

The courts decision was a sad lie, forced on it by the 3000 plus Muslims that phoned to complain about me trying to take their children´s rights away from them, which was to try and stop their children from praying in our Public Schools Education system "during school hours."

I don´t hate Muslims.

I view them as lost victims being lead by a religious cult that on the outside looks like a lamb, but inside is a raging wolf seeking to deceive, murder and to destroy.

Some might ask, "Is Bin Laden a real Muslim? or a Muslim terrorist that miss-represents Islam?" Let me say this. "Bin Laden is a product of Islam" "Bin Laden is a perfect specimen of what Islam teaches, terror, destruction and control." Do we have "moderate Muslims amongst us?" Yes of course we do. But if you think that we have a Moderate Quran amongst us, you´re definitely very sadly mistaken, and you should think again.

Since my court case back in 1997, to this present day, could we say that just over the last 10 years Islam has been steadily showing positive signs of itself as a religion of peace? Or rather, have we seen fighting, killing, and a worldwide struggle for world domination by a religion that teaches worldwide domination through terrorism and by force if necessary? All the world must become "Islam" according to their god Allah.

Two very apposing views. But I suggest we had better sort it out in our nation and hope we get it right, because the next few generations of Canadians are counting on us.

So now Barbara, perhaps you and others can see, that we Christians do not hate Muslims or any other sinner that follows a cultic religious order like Islam. But we do hate the teachings of all barbaric cults like Islam. For not only do these types of cults damage societies, they lead men away from the true God of Israel who shows his love and mercy by an ultimate act of forgiveness, which is The Messiah, the true Lamb of God, Jesus Christ.

I hope this is clear for you and your readers. Let me add that I will be in Listowel on June 20th 2009.
