The Global Warming Business

Global Warming is a pseudoscience designed to allow the state and federal governments to bilk millions of hard-earned tax dollars from the public in a multitude of differing forms.
In California, it will cost the average citizen well over $1000.00 just to register a car when you consider the costs of getting the vehicle up to state standards with a smog check.
Using fluorescent light bulbs rather than standard will cost as much as three times that of a standard bulb.
The massive forests of electricity generating wind mills popping up around the country and world if all put together to supply a specific town would only generate enough power to keep about 60.000 homes with electricity.
The U.S. could build wind farms on all of its open land and still they would only generate enough power for a city about the size of Albuquerque, New Mexico and even then only if the wind blew and not over 40 miles per hour because beyond that they would shut down.
The U.S. could initiate any strict environmental policy it desires in the guise of stopping Global Warming but the effort would be in total vane because the rest of the industrial developed world would not follow suit therefore causing all efforts by our country to be nil at best.
The truth is if every country in the world suddenly stopped using any fossil fuel and reverted to living as if it were the 1700, the world's climate would continue on its present course without any changes.
The climate of our planet has gone through thousands of changes since its birth and continues to do so today regardless of the emergence of modern human civilization.
Ancient beach lines are seen in many areas of the world indicating a past when the ocean levels were considerably lower than they are today.
On the other hand, some ancient cities are now under water because the sea level has risen since the structures were built.
Scientists have noted that our entire solar system seems to be going through a warming period with each planet showing some indication of a warm up and as far as I can tell there aren't any SUVs existing anywhere else but here on Earth.
A short effort in research into past plant life on this planet will show alternating periods of warming and cooling as each plant species progresses and regresses with an environment that is suitable to its existence.
Any climatologist will tell you that climate is a weather pattern, which exists in a region over a period many years and will eventually change as time goes by.
Weather on the other hand is current and forecasted conditions existing in the short term of current and several days or weeks.
The fact that storms seem to be more severe and numerous these days as well as periods of drought are part of a natural occurring cycle, we are more aware and concerned because our population is much greater than it was in past centuries thus covering more space to be effected by weather.
What Global Warming and legislated environmental laws boil down to be is good business when it comes to generating billions of dollars from American Citizens.
