PSYCHIC PERSUASION Part III: Theft of Human Will

One common thread ties together the vast majority of sightings of Unidentified Flying Objects and alien abduction experiences. In the first article in this series, Psychic Persuasion: An Extrasensory Connection to the UFO Phenomenon, the concept of Psychic Persuasion was introduced as an artificial, external force that affects and overwhelms a personīs inner will and causes that person/victim to perform an atypical or uncharacteristic action. This atypical action is not perceived by the victim during its application as out of the ordinary, and upon future attempts to contemplate those few moments in time, finds a substantial reluctance to consider the action and its significance. It is the inclusion of this phenomenon that, with the addition of a screen memory (a false, manufactured memory that is purposely insinuated into a victimīs mind to "cover" a real memory), aids in the victim not realizing the possibility of a momentous and horrific occurrence having taken place.
Psychic Persuasion seems to be utilized to encourage a specific victim to make themselves available to at least observe a UFO, and sometimes to allow the convenient (for the extraterrestrials) abduction of the victim. By "specific victim", it is notable that the one person that is meant to feel the effects of Psychic Persuasion is exactly the person it was intended for. There does not seem to be a failure characteristic that results in the wrong person performing an atypical action not meant for them. In other words, extraterrestrials do not abduct a person, only to realize they got the wrong one!
It is assumed that the external force emanates from the anomalous, likely extraterrestrial craft itself, and can be directed and delivered from a remarkable distance of a few miles or more. This is most evident in case reports that, for example, tell of a group of people driving down a deserted road when a UFO suddenly appears, maybe spotted by the occupants through the carīs back window. The UFO will appear to pursue the vehicle, causing profound fear among the occupants. Suddenly, the driverīs face will go blank and they will pull to the side of the road. One of the occupants realizes that each of the others has inexplicably gone to sleep. That occupant then realizes that strange "people" are standing outside the automobile either motioning that occupant to exit the vehicle or physically taking them out of the vehicle. The victim is escorted inside a waiting craft, and afterward, if they are unfortunate enough to remember, finds that no other occupant of that automobile has memory of the incident at all.
Psychic Persuasion has been documented in another context, as well. The abduction process starts at the time that a victim first observes a UFO or feels the affects of Psychic Persuasion, continues through whatever medical experiments or agenda is planned by the extraterrestrials, and terminates as the victim is replaced. They will even see the craft leaving at times, and think nothing of it. During the actual abduction process, when the abductee is panicked or acting in a manner that may pose a threat to the abductors, the victims report a presence or voice inside their heads saying that no harm will come to them. This has the remarkable effect of calming the victim, making them compliant to the aliensī desires. This effect has also been reported in victims who simply gaze into the dark eyes of an alien, usually a Gray, and feel that they are gazing into eternity itself, and this calms them.
It is notable, and this is the reason I term the abductees as victims, that even though the victims are reassured that no harm will come to them, they are taken against their free will, literally kidnapped, and have had painful medical experiments performed on their person against their will. No consideration at all is given to their God-given freedoms or rights. The victims do not authorize the incident, and generally suffer severe emotional and sometimes physical trauma as a result.
Just when you begin to think thatīs about as bad as it can get, there is another factor involved that gives a new perspective to the atrocity. The alliance between extraterrestrials and Humans, at least Humans affiliated with the American government, is heavily speculated to include the exchange of technology for compliance in the abduction (theft) of cattle and Humans (kidnapping) for medical testing or worse. To include any technology capable of Psychic Persuasion in any exchange gives the negative elements of any government the ability to literally control a population with an iron hand. It can allow one government to effectively crush any opposing military and can conceivably facilitate the stealing of entire bodies of citizensī loyalty from another government. For example, Country A can apply Psychic Persuasion to the citizenry of Country B, causing all Bīs to overthrow their own governing body in favor of subjugation by Country A. If Country B is a dictatorship characterized by incredible civil rights abuses, and Country A is a country that values individual freedom, this might be a good thing. If the reverse were true, this could irrevocably destine an entire world to be under the cruel thumb of one person.
The unforgiving nature of this technology can effectively remove all freedoms, as well as the desire for freedom, which violates the very nature of Man and his relationship with God, who gave each individual free agency to make their own choices in life and suffer whatever consequence is appropriate. Awareness of such a possibility can conceivably give a world the chance to thwart the misuse of this technology.
