Global Future Changes and G20 Summit General Layman's Notes
We have to define our plans for the total earth's population regarding global cataclysms and natural catastrophes. We are going to have to work together due to our present level of understanding of our position in space now that we have the telescopes. We also know now that there was and is water on Mars. We know that there are minerals on the moon that we want to mine. The race to space is the new frontier.
It's like the old Gold Rush Days of the old West of America. Or the land rush in Oklahoma. These are the times that tries men's souls. Except we have some "Come Upins Due!" That's because of our level of existence as a young race in the galaxy scheme of things in the universe. Please refer to the article called Global Future Galaxy Mitigation, December 21, 2012.
We should all be concerned with human rights for all beings on earth including women, children, gays, lesbians, and transgenders. We are all beings with various sentient being essence in various degrees of outward appearances. No one being should be prejudiced. We are all created equal. These concerns are created by old prejudices out of ignorance of who we are and where we come from. We are ascension beings as EBENS.
There are those above that can intervene and assist when the time comes. Until then, we are on our own. They communicate with beings from time to time. One never knows what the future holds but we know we are in charge of our future. Let us plan this world together for the good of all intelligent beings.
I am presently doing research to assist others to decide in their own minds what words are best used for the one Allied Council we need for this planet. This is through the Ascension Center of Education process. The Projective Unitary Group Mind called Akashic Field of the Unified Field of Origin. I have added some comments in with some information that I am using for my research that I found on the free Wikipedia. Please do your own research as I have added some of my own information since this is my research and notes. If it deals with ETs and predictions it probably is a note of mine.
The following is added for the reader´s convenience and is for reference from Wikipedia.
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:
In mathematics, the projective unitary group PU(n) is the quotient of the unitary group U(n) by the right multiplication of its center, U(1), embedded as scalars. Abstractly, it is the isometry group of complex projective space, just as the projective orthogonal group is the isometry group of real projective space.
In terms of matrices, elements of U (n) are n unitary matrices, and elements of the center are diagonal matrices equal to ei? Multiplied by the identity matrix. Thus, elements of PU (n) correspond to equivalence classes of unitary matrices under multiplication by a constant phase. Abstractly, given a Hermitian space V, the group PU (V) is the image of the unitary group U (V) in the automorphism group of the projective space. Classifying space for U (n) is described in the article classifying space for U (n).
This is dependent on the author. In the case of the G20 then authors. The subgroup of the unitary group consisting of matrices of determinant 1 is called the special unitary group and denoted SU (n, q) or SU (n, q2). For convenience, this articles with use the U (n, q2) convention.
The center of U (n, q2) has order q + one and consists of the scalar matrices which are unitary, that is those matrices cIV with CQ + 1 = 1. The center of the special unitary group has order gcd (n, q + 1) and consists of those unitary scalars which also have order dividing n. The quotient of the unitary group by its center is called the projective unitary group, PU (n, q2), and the quotient of the special unitary group by its center is the projective special unitary group PSU (n, q2).
In most cases, the classifying space for U (n) is described in the article classifying space for U (n). This is discussed in Arnold, "Mathematical Methods of Classical Mechanics". I am including the information regarding Projective special unitary group. The projective special unitary group PSU (n) is equal to the projective unitary group, in contrast to the orthogonal case that could possibly assist in partnership with the United Nations Organization.
Please refer to the main article on the United Nations System and the main number five (5). The United Nations system is based on five principal organs (formerly six - the Trusteeship Council suspended operations in 1994); the General Assembly, the Security Council, the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), the Secretariat, and the International Court of Justice. Four of the five principal organs are located at the main United Nations headquarters located on international territory in New York City.
The International Court of Justice is located in The Hague, while other major agencies are based in the UN offices at Geneva, Vienna and Nairobi. Other UN institutions are located throughout the world.
The six official languages of the United Nations, used in intergovernmental meetings and documents, are Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish, while the Secretariat uses two working languages, English and French. Five of the official languages were chosen when the UN was founded; Arabic was added later in 1973.
The United Nations Editorial Manual states that the standard for English language documents is British usage and Oxford spelling (en-gb-oed), and the Chinese writing standard is Simplified Chinese. This replaced Traditional Chinese in 1971 when the UN representation of China was changed from the Republic of China to People's Republic of China. The Republic of China is now commonly known as "Taiwan".
The Republic of China (ROC), also known as Nationalist China, is a country in East Asia that has evolved from a single-party state with full global recognition into a multi-party democratic state with limited international recognition. It was a founding member of the United Nations. Established in 1912, the Republic of China encompassed much of mainland China and Outer Mongolia. In 1945 at the end of World War II, the Republic of China added the island groups of Taiwan and the Penghu islands to its authority. These island groups, together with Kinmenand Matsu, became the full extent of the Republic of China's authority after 1949 when theKuomintang (KMT) lost the Chinese Civil War.
The KMT lost the war to the Chinese Communist Party, which then founded the People's Republic of China (PRC) in mainland China. Under ROC law, these areas currently under ROC jurisdiction are known as the "Free Area of the Republic of China."
The capital city is Taipei. Although the jurisdiction of Republic of China only covers Taiwan and outlying islands since 1949, during the early Cold War most Western nations and the United Nations as the sole legitimate government of China recognized the ROC. During the 1970s, the ROC began to lose these recognitions in favor of the People's Republic of China.
The Republic of China has not relinquished its claim as the legitimate government of all China. Both former Presidents Lee Teng-hui and Chen Shui-bian have held the view that it is a sovereign and independent country separate from mainland China and there is no need for a formal declaration of independence.[6] President Ma Ying-jeou has expressed the view that the ROC is a sovereign and independent country that includes both Taiwan and mainland China, a view that corresponds with the ROC constitution and the 1992 Consensus.
From 1910s to 1940s, the Republic of China was commonly referred as "China". During the 1950s and 1960s, it was common to refer it as Nationalist China or Free China. Over subsequent decades, the Republic of China has been commonly referred to as "Taiwan". Since the late 1970s, the name "China" is commonly used to refer to the People's Republic of China. Recent government policy has reflected this shift and increasingly refers to itself as the Republic of China (Taiwan).
However, for decades following its establishment, it was politically characterized by warlordism and civil war, and after the Republic of China government relocated to Taiwan following the Communist victory on the Chinese mainland in 1949, it ruled as a single-party authoritarian state, the Republic of China today has since evolved into one of the two full democracies in Asia.
Its rapid economic growth in the decades after World War 2 and the government's relocation to Taiwan has brought the Republic of China to developed country status as one of the Four Asian Tigers. This economic rise is known as the Taiwan Miracle. The Republic of China is a member of international organizations such as the WTO, APEC, and is a founding member of the Asian Development Bank.
The IMF categorizes it as an advanced economy, and its technology industry plays a key role in the global economy by accounting for the production of a giant portion of the world's consumer electronics. The G-20 Summit Meeting will bring together systemically important industrialized and developing economies to discuss key issues in the global economy.
Present Membership includes the following countries:
Argentina,Australia,Brazil,Canada,China,France,Germany,India,Indonesia,Italy,Japan,Mexico,Russia,Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea,Turkey,United Kingdom, United States, and the European Union.
Please refer to http://www.g20.org/ The G-20 (more formally, the Group of Twenty Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors) is a group of finance ministers and central bank governors from 20 economies: 19 of the world's largest national economies, plus the European Union (EU).
It has also met once at heads of government level, in November 2008. Collectively, the G-20 economies comprise 90% of global gross national product, 80% of world trade (including EU intra-trade) and two-thirds of the world population.
It is expected that the global populations will increase by almost half again by the year 2050. We are about to learn whether we are intelligent enough to feed and support a larger global population based on the longevity of our kind.
At present, the average age of other intelligent being species is between 150 and 200 earth years according to my information. The G-20 is a forum for cooperation and consultation on matters pertaining to the international financial system.
It studies, reviews, promotes discussion among key industrial and emerging market countries of policy issues pertaining to the promotion of international financial stability, and seeks to address issues that go beyond the responsibilities of any one organization. The Latest documents can be found on the G20 organization website and other websites for research.
The meeting of G-20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting Agenda, meeting is being held 13-14 March 2009 with a Washington summit follow up of G-20 Working groups and the London Summit 2009. The Organization, G-20 operates without a permanent secretariat or staff. The chair rotates annually among the members and is selected from a different regional grouping of countries.
The chair is part of a revolving three-member management group of past, present and future chairs referred to as the Troika. The incumbent chair establishes a temporary secretariat for the duration of its term, which coordinates the group's work and organizes its meetings. The role of the Troika is to ensure continuity in the G-20's work and management across host years. Members of G-20. In 2009, there are 20 members of the G-20. These include the finance ministers and central bank governors of the following 19 countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada,China,France,Germany,India,Indonesia,Italy,Japan,Mexico,Russia,Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea,Turkey,United Kingdom, and the United States of America. The 20th member is the European Union, which is represented by the rotating Council presidency and the European Central Bank.
In addition to these 20 members, the following forums and institutions, as represented by their respective chief executive officers, participate in meetings of the G-20:[2] International Monetary Fund, World Bank, the International Monetary and Financial Committee and the Development Committee of the IMF and World Bank.
The membership of the G-20 comprises of the following: the finance ministers and central bank governors of the G7, 12 other key countries, and the European Union Presidency (if not a G7 member) the European Central Bank the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund the Chairman of the IMFC the President of the World Bank the Chairman of the Development Committee Membership does not reflect exactly the top 19 national economies of the world in any given year.
The organization states the following: In a forum such as the G-20, it is particularly important for the number of countries involved to be restricted and fixed to ensure the effectiveness and continuity of its activity. There are no formal criteria for G-20 membership and the composition of the group has remained unchanged since it was established.
In view of the objectives of the G-20, it was considered important that countries and regions of systemic significance for the international financial system be included. Aspects such as geographical balance and population representation also played a major part.
Of the current top 19 economies by purchasing power parity, (IMF and/or World Bank ranking, 2007); Iran and Taiwan are notably absent. Spain, Poland, and the Netherlands are included only as part of the EU. Saudi Arabia, Argentina, and South Africa are included while ranking in the range of 21-25. Thailand is passed over although ranked one position above South Africa.
The History of the G-20, which superseded the G33, which had itself superseded the G22, was foreshadowed at the Cologne Summit of the G7 in June 1999, but was formally established at the G7 Finance Ministers' meeting on September 26, 1999.
The inaugural meeting took place on December 15-16, 1999 in Berlin. Since 2006, G20 Leaders Summit on Financial Markets and the World Economy in Washington, D.C. on 15 November 2008. In 2006, the theme of the G-20 meeting was "Building and Sustaining Prosperity".
The issues discussed included domestic reforms to achieve "sustained growth", global energy and resource commodity markets, ´reform´ of the World Bank and IMF, and the impact of demographic changes due to an aging population. Trevor A. Manuel, MP, Minister of Finance, Republic of South Africa, was the chairperson of the G-20 when South Africa hosted the Secretariat in 2007.
Guido Mantega, Minister of Finance, Brazil, was the chairperson of the G-20 in 2008; Brazil proposed dialogue on competition in financial markets, clean energy and economic development and fiscal elements of growth and development.
In a statement following a meeting of G7 finance ministers on October 11, 2008, U.S. President George W. Bush stated that the next meeting of the G-20 would be important in finding solutions to the economic crisis of 2008. An initiative by French President Nicolas Sarkozy and British Prime Minister Gordon Brown led to a special meeting of the G-20, a G-20 Leaders Summit on Financial Markets and the World Economy, on November 15, 2008.
The G20 leaders are expected to meet again in London on 2 April 2009. The G-20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting Agenda, 13-14 March 2009, Washington summit follow up on G-20 Working groups, and the London Summit of 2009.
One may also consider how the future will affect our global monetary credit system.
It will all be electronic transactions from one credit bank to another. Paper money will be outdated by 2050. I am only once voice among many who wants to see an amicable solution. I hope that we survive the future on this planet we call earth which is our home. We must all work together to take care of our home. We will accomplish this goal.
