FISCAL IMPACT STUDY ON IMMIGRATION COSTS

California, the frontrunner for state debt, teeters on the edge of financial Armageddon. Its ledgers reveal billions of dollars in the red. Meanwhile, Governor Schwarzenegger dances around his ´gorilla in the kitchen´ like a nervous ´girly´ housewife. Farther east, the State of Colorado finds itself a scant $630 million short of paying its bills.

What do California and Colorado share in common? Answer: their illegal criminal alien populations dictate their financial calamities. With three to as many as four million criminal aliens, California cannot fund its educational systems, medical care and incarceration costs. How dire? Criminal aliens cost California $10.2 billion annually.

At the same time, Colorado´s 500,000 to 700,000 criminal aliens cost that state a whopping $1.2 billion annually to educate, medicate and incarcerate its alien population.

Every state in the Union finds similar financial dilemmas caused by criminal alien population loads. Astoundingly, Governor ´Arnold´ as well as Governor Ritter of Colorado never speak of their criminal alien overload. Like ´girly´ men, they wear glass slippers and tiptoe across the stage like Meryl Streep in "The Devil Wears Prada." All show; no substance.

If you look at the federal level, engineers of the $900 billion stimulus package--U.S. Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) specifically defeated the "E-Verify" portion of the bill to make sure that employers that gained funds from the taxpayer package would not be required to verify legality of workers. In other words, criminal aliens into the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, could work those jobs specifically meant and paid for by Americans.

Again, witness your government in action to subvert the American middle class by the corporate class!

In a stunning report by Edwin Rubenstein, "The Fiscal Impact of Immigration: An Analysis of the Costs to 15 Federal Departments and Agencies," continues to make an impact in the media, on the Internet and among the immigration reform community. The report, first published exclusively in the Winter 2007-2008 issue of www.thesocialcontract.com, highlights America´s ongoing financial trauma created by 20 to 30 million criminal aliens working and living within the country."

"The first-of-its-kind assessment of the fiscal impact of immigration on government departments and agencies found that each immigrant costs taxpayers more than $9,000.00 annually; the U.S. has 37 million immigrants, legal and illegal, which cost the federal government over $346 billion annually," said Peter B. Gemma, columnist for Middle American News and USA Today.

Phyllis Schalfly described the report, "Are you having a hard time paying your bills, making your mortgage payments or putting your kids through college? You need to know how much of your hard-earned income the government is skimming off and diverting into handouts to legal and illegal immigrants. You can read the depressing details in this 70 page document by Edwin S. Rubenstein, a Manhattan Institute adjunct fellow with a mile high scholarly resume."

Washington Times reporter Hsin-Yin Lee filed a news story which stated, "The Rubenstein report, which analyzed costs based on 15 separate federal agencies, estimated the departmental impacts ranged from a high of $146 billion at the Treasury Department to a low of $300 million at the Defense Department. The loss estimates, the report said, included $100 billion in federal taxes lost from the reduction of native incomes caused by immigrant workers."

Social Contract editor Wayne Lutton said, "There is really no limit to the greed of cheap labor profiteers."

Investor´s Business Daily reported, April 4, 2008, "Rubenstein´s study suggests that Washington doesn´t want to take a good look at the issue because the facts will spur the public to demand action to stop the hemorrhage of taxpayer money out-of-control immigration is causing."

Schalfly added, "Some liberals are trying to tell us to fight a recession by bringing in more immigrants, but that would only raid the pockets of U.S. taxpayers. It´s hard to say which is more outrageous: The diversion of Americans´ personal income into cash handouts to foreigners, or the federal government´s policy of concealing the fiscal impact of immigration."

Via the report, you behold governmental fraud as deep as the Pacific Ocean and as wide as the Atlantic. At the helm, 21st century ´robber barons´ maneuver the United States onto a financial reef not unlike what happened in the 1929 stock market crash. They accomplish their goals without moral compunction, responsibility or remorse.

While President Obama attempts to right our ´ship of state´, he ignores the fact that you cannot repair one side of a ship with two holes and still expect it to remain afloat.

As Captain Jack Sparrow said, "I want the horizon!"

Obama, corporate America and the America Middle Class will not survive to the horizon by ignoring the gaping holes in the hull.

Our ´window´ to change to a balanced population and non-polluting energy diminishes every day we listen to irresponsible media and thus ignore the blatant symptoms manifesting all over America and the planet.

This three minute interview with Adam Schrager on "Your Show" May 4, 2008, NBC Channel 9 News, addresses the ramifications of adding 120 million people to USA in 35 years and six million people to Colorado as to water shortages, air pollution, loss of farmland, energy costs and degradation of quality of life. In the interview, Frosty Wooldridge explains the ramifications of adding 120 million people to the USA in 35 years. He advances new concepts such as a "Colorado Carrying Capacity Policy"; "Colorado Environmental Impact Policy"; "Colorado Water Usage Policy"; "Colorado Sustainable Population Policy". Nationally, the USA needs a "National Sustainable Population Policy" to determine the carrying capacity of this nation for the short and long term. Wooldridge is available for interviews on radio and TV having interviewed on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and FOX.
