What the general public usually does not know, is that it has been scientifically established that Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Radiation (PEMR) generated by computer and TV screens have adverse health effects. People are affected, biologically, neurologically, and even psychologically. For a large number or people, they can lead to severe consequences on their health, their productivity, development, behavior, memory, attention span, fatigue, reproduction, and much more.
Fortunately, there is a scientifically proven system to protect oneself. First of all, it is important to know, that several studies published in international scientific publications have shown that in adults, the curves of urinary excretion of adrenaline, (the stress hormone that causes nervousness, aggression, violence) are reversed from the norm after 4 hours of being exposed in front of a display screen. This blocks the secretion of melatonin, which is the hormone needed for the immune system to function, and consequently results in general weakness, chronic fatigue, in the face of pathogens attacks, which results in disruption of endocrine functions, and in an increase of absenteeism at work. According to the Loiret Report TEC2 of 1995, signed by 79 French Labor Doctors, irradiation of adults by screen PEMR causes behavioral problems and psychological disorders over 4 hours- day exposure to screens. In France, the Ministerial Decree 91-451 of 1991, which has been published in the Official Journal of May 1991, states that "It is for employers to identify such nuisance and remedy to it". The Barrier Act in 1994, reinforced this, and later on, it was reinforced by the constitutional application of the "precautionary principle" in 2005.This principle became applicable in other European countries, and led insurers to no longer cover the liability, that is, the civil responsibility, of corporations, in terms of the harmfulness or their consequences caused by electromagnetic radiation (REMP), making employers, as personally "responsible" in this matter.
Highly respected child psychiatrist Prof. Marcel Rufo, published a study on January 1990, showing that children below puberty, exposed to over 40 minutes to PEMR screens, lead, to a division by 5 of memory, a division by 3 of achievement, and an increase by 3 of aggression, nervousness, violence… which can help explain violence of nowadays. Teachers all over the world complain about disruption of their classes brought on by disruptive behavior, poor memory …. and they feel rather bad about the poor performance of their students, when actually they are not at fault. The problem really lies in the fact that the children who are attending school, cannot physiologically memorize and are thus unable to benefit from their schooling.

This test shows that, the "corpus callosum" after 20 minutes of being exposed to the REMP of TV screen, is thus, saturated with electromagnetic radiation and the brain waves between the G and D lobes are flat.
In regard to the reproductive system, as of to day, approximately 14% of young couples find it quite difficult to reproduce, and to reach a normal pregnancy through natural means. There are seven scientific publications already questioning quite seriously, the role of Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Radiation (PEMR) in the ever increasing numbers of miscarriages, and in the alterations in embryo development.
It is quite interesting to note, that in the 10th Congress on Occupational Health in Amsterdam in November 2002, a scientific study that was published, does show, that when exposed "in vitro" for only 24 hours at a distance of a screen diagonal, these radiations break human DNA.

It strongly appears, then, that there must be a link with the findings of Dr. Marilyn Goldhaber, of Kaiser Institute of California, who had already observed in 1988, that there was an alarming 40% increase in genetic defects in babies of women who were exposed to the PEMR of their screens for more than 4 hours a day.
It is quite important to know, that the Spanish Ministry of Health, published a fairly recent scientific study issuing a warning in which it established a direct relationship between the proliferation of breast cancers, among increasingly younger women, exposed to PEMR. It would have been wise to apply simple ethics, and the "precautionary principle" in regard to this warning and to take right away the measures that were available and had already proven their effectiveness! It is rather disturbing to know, how many tens of thousands of women will have to pay a terrible price of developing breast cancer for not having been informed of the seriousness of the dangers of radiation in their workplace, when it had already been scientifically demonstrated that EMF-Bioshield® could have been able to protect them!

The results that were recorded on personnel working in front of screens that were protected, as well as screens that were equipped with placebos are final and are as follow:
