21 Ways for Your Kids to Become EX-OBESE

The greatest challenge to weight loss experts is to assist obese kids to lose all their extra weight permanently. I believe that my innovated "Elhashemy´s Broad Spectrum Luqaimat Diet Plan" is the only diet plan that has succeeded in this aspect.

It is estimated that obese kids currently represent more than one third of kids´ population in most countries. On my website on American Chronicle, I will establish an extended health campaign under the name: 21 Ways for Your Kids to Become Ex-Obese. It will be launched to strengthen the fight against kids´ obesity and overeating addiction.

My target is to help dieting kids to kick the big meals habit for good, and re-learn life with low-volume meals through training on Luqaimat meals.

Any obese kid who wants to become an ex-obese, he/she can follow "Elhashemy´s Broad Spectrum Luqaimat Diet Plan" while monitoring the 21 Ways and the potential weight loss achievements of each Way on a special chart, which I have designed for this purpose.

My diet plan for obese kids & teens aged 7 to 17 years will be directed to those whose weight is markedly above the healthy range for their age and height by more than 10 kg (i.e. 22 pounds).

Those 21 Ways aim at losing around 7 pounds per month (which leads to weight loss of 42 pounds or 19 Kg in 6 months). Another important aim is to educate kids on healthy deep rooted habits that keep their weight within normal standards for good.

My scientific diet plan requires 25 weeks to help obese kids to adopt healthy habits. During this period the kids lose around 30% - 100% of their extra weight, and then lose the remaining extra weight gradually after that period through following the same 21 Ways automatically. I obtained very encouraging results through educating 161 of my youngster patients in the last year. On average, they lost around 56% of their extra weight within the 25-weeks period. These results proved that my 21 Ways in managing kids´ obesity are outstandingly successful.

I will elaborate on the main points of each Way in a separate article in order to assist parents in helping their kids to follow the Ways that are most relevant and suitable to their kids.
