Businessman Finds Caribbean Paradise in Costa Maya

Before he went to Mexico on a holiday, Derecque called International Holdings & Trust, where he spoke with Gary Walding. They set an appointment to visit the property for sale in the south of Costa Maya.
"He [Gary] took us down there – a four-hour journey and we visited different locations and several plots," said Derecque. "It was a very pleasant trip and we appreciated very much his easygoing way to deal with issues, his readiness to help, and his good advice."
Derecque wanted to find the best investment opportunity in a part of Costa Maya that was still in development. Walding went over and above to make sure that he had all the information that he needed.
"Gary brought us all the necessary information and also his best advice to pick up the most attractive plot," Derecque said. "Gary organized all the necessary contacts with the local Mexican authorities, such as the lawyer and accountant, to set up a company to buy the plot!"
Thanks to Walding's help, Derecque was able to buy the plot he wanted within a couple of weeks, without any problems whatsoever.
Derecque kept in touch with Walding through the years, even after he finished the work that went into purchasing the property in Costa Maya. He has met up with Walding on subsequent trips to Mexico, when Walding took him to places all over the Yucatan Peninsula area, including Cozumel.
"We have been impressed by his openness, readiness to help, and to provide good advice," said Derecque. "He is a very friendly and pleasant guy with whom we have no problem to do more business with."
In fact, more business with International Holdings & Trust may be just what Derecque has in mind for his next trip to Mexico.
"Next time we come to Mexico, we will go with Gary to explore the other side of Yucatan," said Derecque. "We are sure he will give us the best advice on what to invest on the Pacific coast, and we are looking forward to seeing him again!"
