The hair needed for transplant is taken from the patient itself or from other hair donors. All the hair loss hospitals do not have the hair transplant surgery since it is risky. The holes in the donor region will be closed with stitches.
In order to maintain the circulation in the scalp, the grafts are removed are placed at one-eighth of an inch apart. The space that occurs between the hair removed site is filled with other grafts. Care in removing and placement of grafts must be taken in order to make the hair grow in a natural direction.
The next procedure in hair replacement surgery is cleaning the scalp and covering it with an gauze. A pressure bandage is to be wearied for a day or two.
