Electroshock on the tips of female breasts: Deeds of the Amhara and Tigray Cannibals of 'Ethiopia'

Dr. Muhammad Shamsaddin Megalommatis
I have just received a report elaborated by a group of persecuted Ogadenis, who demand immediate issuance of travelling documents by the UNHCR Office at Nairobi, in order to escape the monstrous revenge of the Amhara and Tigray gangsters who rule the colonial dictatorship of Abyssinia (which is fallaciously re-baptised 'Ethiopia') and intend to persecute them even outside the borders of the Cemetery 'Ethiopia'.

The UNHCR Office at Nairobi should act fast, enabling the persecuted Ogadenis to move to another, safer, place.

However, everything pales if compared to the described torture of a brave Ogadeni orphaned girl who, before getting out of the borders of the Amhara and Tigray Hell "Ethiopia', experienced the terrible electroshock to which the Amhara and Tigray racist and criminal monsters submitted her.

This fact alone is enough to confirm the rightful position of all those who – along with the outright majority of the subjugated nations of 'Ethiopia' – demand the immediate, definite and final destruction of the inhuman, criminal state of the Amhara and Tigray Cannibals.

I publish the report integrally, and call upon your assistance to flood the UNHCR inbox with emails, demanding the immediate issuance of the travelling documents needed for the hereunder mentioned Ogadeni refugees.

Report Submitted to the UNHCR by the Ogadeni Refugees in Nairobi

Perhaps, Human Rights Watch in its June 2008 Report has extensively documented the tribulations from which the Ogadeni refugees flee, namely widespread Human Rights violations and collective punishments that are widely practised by the governmental forces in the Ogaden region of Ethiopia, involving massive killings, arbitrary detentions, forced displacements, burning of villages, trade blockades, restrictions of humanitarian assistance, political persecutions as well as repression, harassment and intimidation of innocent nomadic civilians.

Dozens of thousands are currently dispersed across many countries in East Africa, especially in Somalia and Kenya, living under conditions of extreme hardship; on the other hand, Djibouti do not officially accept Ogadeni refugees.

Following the Reports published by the Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International that plainly uncovered the atrocities and the war crimes committed in the Ogaden region by the Ethiopian army, the notorious Meles Zenawi regime was terribly disturbed and decided to do its best in order to re-capture those who had fled. This decision is due to the revelations made by high profile civil servants who were among those who had fled.

In fact, every Ogadeni refugee in Nairobi, who happens to have been an Ethiopian civil servant, every Ogadeni intellectual, and every person who happens to know details about the systematic authorization of collective punishment by the Zenawi regime, is currently targeted.

Their methods have been attested in the breakaway administrations of Puntland and Somaliland; now the practice is to be expanded in Kenya as well; planned assaults, killings, and kidnappings are to be expected to happen soon, as Ethiopian security agents' presence in Nairobi has been recently increased according to converging information.

On June 6th, 2008, Ethiopian intelligence experts, military commanders, and regional administrative heads held a "peace evaluation" meeting (Gem-Gema) with all the civil servants in Jijiga, capital of Ogaden. There, they specified that their next battle will be directed at Nairobi, because the Kenyan capital turned out to be 'a safe heaven for those who escaped' from their iron wrist.

On June 17th, 2008, Ogaden's regional president Abdullahi Hassan vowed to re-capture all the Ogadenis who currently live in Kenya, because they 'disseminate propaganda against the government'. In his interview to the BBC Somali programme, he added that the Ethiopian intelligence and paramilitary will not spare any effort as regards the recapture of all those who oppose his government´s collective punishment operations.

Hence we are writing the present letter, as we have faced increased tension and security pressure in Nairobi; we are currently under great anxiety for our lives due the aforementioned threats. Below we have listed some high profile persons among us, those who are top targets for the Ethiopian intelligence agents.

We do therefore request from the UNHCR authorities to protect us by all possible means, and immediately reconsider our cases so that they do not become the moral accomplices of the Ethiopian intelligence and indirect responsible for our programmed abduction or execution.

We urgently need travel documents to move to other neighbouring countries where we can secure ourselves better than in Nairobi.

1 - Mohammed Aden Ismail: An economist who served as civil servant in different government bodies, the last being the Regional Water, Mines and Energy Resource Development Department of which he was the head. He was arrested on May 17th, 2007 and stayed almost 8 months without formal charge because he disobeyed several unlawful orders to misuse development resources (budget and Logistics) for military purpose and he rejected to organize militias against the guerilla fighters (which part of the governmental policies of collective punishment throughout the Ogaden region). Fortunately, the Federal Supreme Mobile Court decided to release him, and he managed to flee to Kenya in order to avoid another order of arrest – this time issued by military commanders. His UNHCR registration file number is NETH0033546.

2 - Shugri Shafe Guled: He was the Regional Supreme Court judge with legal immunity, but he was illegally arrested and remained 15 months in jail without any formal charge and trail. He was released by the Federal Supreme Mobile Court by bail and the military ordered to re-capture him, but he escaped to Kenya. He is registered in the UNHCR with file No. NETH 033387/1.

3 - Hassan Abdi His: Regional Irrigation Bureau Head Accountant. He was repeatedly subjected to several abuses because he rejected to participate in the battle against a separatist organization; he fled to Nairobi where he is registered in the UNHCR with file No. NETHO33055/1.

4 - Ahmed Ayub Aden: A Student at the Ethiopian Civil Service Collage, Faculty of Civil Engineering. Ahmed was detained several times because he was falsely accused as ONLF supporter. He lastly managed to flee to Nairobi, chased by the Ethiopian intelligence. He is registered in the UNHCR with file No. NETH 033477.

His last position was Technical and Training Manager in the World Bank WaSH programme (Regional Water Mines and Energy Development Bureau). He was arrested and humiliated in different ways; he lastly arrived in Nairobi in order to safe his life. He is under UNHCR registration process.

10 - Deqa Ali Ahmed: A young orphaned girl, who was subjected to brutal torture and was raped by the Ethiopian security agents. Critical physical injuries, visible in her breasts, are due to electroshock on the tips of her breasts. Her UNHCR file number is NETH 033604.

11 - Mohammed Abdullahi Muse: A student of the New Generation University Collage (Global Studies and International Relations). Mohammed was arrested in Finfinee (officially and illegally named Addis Ababa) and managed to escape to Kenya after he was released. His UNHCR registration number is NETH 33074.
