Government capability questioned for student loans

Neeraj Gupta
Some schools have opted for the direct loan program such that their students gets the best deal for there further studies. As direct loans is handled by the government so the question is being asked whether the government is ready for the extra pressure from these colleges.

Before hand these schools were facilitating loans through private student no cosigner loans or private provider. THese schools have swiched to federal loans because the credit crisis was affecting the student loans and this in turn affects student studies. But because of the charges and interest rate these schools have moved to goverment doors. But this high turnaround for the student loans there would be an extra pressure for the givernment to provide them loans. Now we have to see how the congressmen would be handling the extra pressure.
