Chatham Township NJ has been officially voted the Best Place To Live by New Jersey Monthly Magazine. It was just three years ago that Chatham was chosen as one of the top ten places to live in the United States by Money Magazine. Congratulations Chatham and thank you for offering such a lovely community!
There are approximately 13 factors that go into determining the best place to live. Some would be school statistics, crime rates, real estate home prices and taxes. Chatham NJ seems to consistently come out on top.
Its definitely a great market for buyers and important to buy in a solid town.
