Top Five Reasons Obama Gets a Free Ride in the Media

Obama should enjoy the coverage he is getting since the media seems to love him. They have failed to go after him on anything, including his ties with the slum landlord, the money he received from Islam, and just about anything. He is not made of Teflon, so I have a theory on why the media is not going after him.

1. He is black. If they are too tough then blacks will insist it is his color and that the media is racist, thanks in large part to Don Imus.

2. He is going after a Clinton. Bill Clinton may be popular, sex and all, but Hillary is a lightning rod because she has always been a working woman. It turns off the feeling guilty stay at home moms and the kept women(no kids, but won't work).

3. He is charismatic. That is a double edged sword, because most cult leaders were extremely good at speeches and getting people to do what they want. People like Jim Jones, David Kurish to name a couple.

4. He played it so safe before politics that there is nothing to defend. He failed to make decisions in Illinois, so he voted present on over 1,000 issues.

5. They are afraid.
