How to Have That Winning Feeling Every Day

Hani Al-Qasem
A particular method that I have come to call ´consideration check time´ has grown to be a vital part of my every day life.

It is a powerful and effective system that I have read about and learned to apply into my daily life. It gives me a tremendous sense of enjoyment, and it fills me with delight and bliss.

This amazing method has become such a pleasure that I find myself really looking forward to bedtime.

I still perform this routine without fail, and have been doing so for quite a number of years. I am sure you, too, will enjoy it and reap its rewards.

I do this ´consideration check time´ at the end of my day. Although, I must admit that I sometimes get carried away and do it straight after lunch, or whenever I need a burst of that winning feeling.

So what is it that I do?

What ceremonial procedure do I routinely practise every single night that has tremendous results on how I think, feel and act?

What is that inspiring, uplifting ´consideration check time?´

The fantastic, easy-to-do, enriching routine that I religiously and habitually perform every bedtime is outlined below:

Thirty minutes before I go to bed, I take out my notebook and sit back and close my eyes. I spend the next few minutes considering all my actions of the day.

I purposefully think back from the moment I opened my eyes to the present moment.

I quietly contemplate my entire day.

I mull over, recapture and focus on all my achievements, no matter how small and no matter in what area.

I keep those successes bubbling in my mind, deliberately guiding them and allowing them to gain momentum.

I mentally and deeply stroke these successes to stimulate and invigorate a greater winning feeling; a sense of belief that anything is possible.

A sensation that I can achieve absolutely anything I set my mind to achieving.

At the peak of my winning feelings, I write down how fantastic I feel, how strong and powerful I am, how I believe I can achieve all that I want and desire.

I fill that page with all the heartfelt winning emotions I could muster.

This awareness of exaggerated stimulus propels and spurs me to accomplish more. It feeds and prompts me with encouragement, motivation and determination.

This way, I retire to bed feeling significantly powerful, wiser and more aware, and in touch with my inner strengths and talents.

My unconscious mind is fuelled and ready to use the ´consideration check time´ to amplify and intensify my winning feeling as I sleep.

The next day, I feel revamped and energised. Strong and capable. Ready to accomplish more.

I feel like an unstoppable winner!

A winner. All set and geared for more success.

Are you willing to develop and maintain a winning feeling by writing down your daily accomplishments, small or large, and replay them in your mind?
