Sen. Clinton cannot legally become President

The 22nd amendment and marriage laws forbid Sen. Clinton to become President. She has already served by way of husband President Bill Clinton the two term limit. She enjoyed all the same power and influence that her husband did during his term as he admitted her role in the Whitehouse. She benefited from the income and all other aspects of Presidential privilege. By way of marriage she was sharing the income with husband Bill Clinton and therefore cannot again receive the same privileges since the two terms have been used for Mr. and Mrs. Clinton.
This may seem crazy however if elected President Clinton would again have access to the same privileges as before and be in violation of the 22nd Amendment of the Constitution. This law was put in place to deny one person or entity such as a married couple that fall under community property laws the ability to assume almost dictatorial powers. This could upset the separation of powers and also would signal a dangerous trend towards dynasty.
President Clinton was quoted often during his terms that “America got two for one” and Sen. Clinton tells of her service already rendered. This is the main political theme used by her in this campaign. She would be ready to serve as President because she by way of marriage and admittance that she has already served. Remember that an ex-President can’t serve as a vice President as their term limit would forbid it for the same reasons.
We cannot allow politicians to run over our constitution as this is becoming the norm today. Sen. Clinton has been a stickler that you must use the system and its laws to make changes. Then she should understand that in fact she is ignoring the law for her and President Clintons own agenda. This entire issue could cause other married couples to forge 16 year dynasties in the principle power position and would lead to temptations and corruption never before seen in Washington.
It would not be out of the question that one family could hold the reigns of power for decades as the children can legally become President. Having one family with that much control would destroy the idea of a democracy and become almost a Monarchy or dictatorship. This consolidation of power is very dangerous and should be stopped as law forbids it.
Many that know of Hillary’s history understand she has always sought power whether in college or in life. Her ambitions were the same as she jumped from one party to the other depending on where the best opportunity was for her self. She backs those that can give her the best opportunities and her true political agendas become marred as she acts as a moderate republican or a far right democrat.
With all of the issues that the main stream news media has pushed under the rug you find that there are plenty of questions that remain un answered. The adjustments to the family taxes as the first term for Bill got underway. The death of Deputy White House Council Vince Foster along with how she became to have possession of papers that were removed from his office prior to notification of his questionable death. Why her White House papers are still not released as this may show that she acted more as a co-president then a traditional First Lady. And mostly why the word “I” is so important to her when she talks to the media. Sen. Clinton will say and do anything to achieve her own personal goals and in most cases these are counter to what she claims.
If elected President Sen. Clinton would have violated your constitution and therefore broken the law. Is this what we have become? A nation of people that don’t want a true democracy and to fall into line as the government that belongs to us is now allowed to ignore us. Sen. Clinton used to claim to be a Washington outsider but her years in the White House and in the Senate have made her a part of the very establishment she claims to be against.
Is this election of 2008 about us or is it about Hillary’s desire for power and be damned the law? Isn’t part of the problem that our leaders are ignoring our Constitution, Bill of Rights and morals? This is an attempted coup using the system on one hand and ignoring it on the other.
