The ingredients:

50 medium size disposable diapers.

A large cardboard platter on which the cake will be built.

About 75 feet of narrow satin ribbon of any color. Or then one can opt for a range of varied colors (may be 15 feet of each color).

About 8 feet of a 1 inch broad ribbon.

One baby feeding bottle.

Colorful candies.

Colored adhesive tape.

Various other baby objects like combs, brushes, rattles, bibs, etc.

The process:

Cut the narrow ribbon into 50 pieces of equal length.

Fold each diaper and tie a ribbon around each one.

Place the rolled diapers on the cardboard platter, using adhesive tape. Do not go overboard using the tape as the diapers could tear when removing them from the platter.

Create a second tier of the rolled diapers using adhesive tape to hole them together. And then tie the broad ribbon around this tier. Fill the baby feeding bottle with the colorful candies and place it on the second tier, in the center. Then build the third tier around the bottle. After sticking it all together then tie the broad ribbon around it. Then with minimal adhesive tape decorate the cake with the other baby objects.
