A few people are present who starve themselves to gain a slim trim figure in less span of time. But is this the right way to lose weight? Does starvation not have adverse effects on body? People who generally starve to keep themselves healthy and fit are suffering from a disorder called anorexia. It is a kind of disorder that is related with eating habits and is also considered as psychological disarray. This is generally regarded as a state that is far from dieting and it becomes hard to interpret signs of this disorder. Initial stages of anorexia symptoms include dieting that a person usually does to lose weight. In later stages people with anorexia start taking weight loss as a matter of great fear and control linked with their bodies. The impact of this can trigger numerous kinds of mental and physical troubles and then comes the side effects that can be health threatening.

Mostly women are more conscious than men with their weight gain issues and want to lose it as soon as possible so the threatening effect in regard of women (anorexia) can effect their fertility. It leads to infertility that is generally sensed by the absence and irregularities of menstruation. Dieting can lead to many types of abnormal imbalances which further generate abnormalities and with this bone loss is also there. As body starves for its nutrient requirements thus it balance it bone damage may occur which shakes the entire system of the body regeneration by hormonal imbalances.

Women can get rid of such adversities by taking strength training that helps them in improving their health without worsening internal system of the body.
