Hillary Clinton’s favorite word is “I”

Alan E. Moses
Now that New Hampshire has given a narrow victory to Senator Clinton the race for the Democratic front runner is now on. There are many questions that arise when the experience issue comes up Sen. Clinton has spent less time as an elected official than Sen. Obama. Yet claims 35 years of service that was in truth mostly her husbands time in office. I don’t think that you can relate the two in all reality.

What hasn’t come up is the baggage that she brings that has remained in many voters minds for years. What is the real story behind Whitewater? Why has the Clinton library failed to disclose any of the first ladies (Hillary’s) papers? This is highly irregular as far as past and present First ladies go. Are there some secrets hiding in these pages that could cause Sen. Clinton embarrassment?

And ones main concern is that Sen. Clinton seems to grasp on to slogans of others as they prove to be advantages for other candidates. Change, You, Middle class are but a few. Have we forgotten that it was under her Husband President Bill Clinton that the trade agreements that started to disembowel the middle class by allowing our good paying jobs to leave were enacted? Do you really think that taking money from special interests come without strings? And who amongst you can afford a mandated health insurance bill of 180-350 dollars a month. These numbers just can’t work as even with a tax break most can’t afford it.

The newest claim is that its personal to her two days after John Edwards stated this in a debate. Unless you haven’t been paying attention this entire campaign of hers is all about her and you only need to listen to her remarks. After winning in New Hampshire she made a 469 word speech that referenced her self 23 times. While 5 days prior when Sen. Obama won in Iowa he gave a 693 word speech and only referenced him self 12 times. It must be noted that Sen. Clinton had found her voice and realized that saying I so often was not what Americans want to hear. She still can’t help her self as this is the true Hillary. It is all about her and how great she is and despite her claims of understanding the average American she has no clue about the day to day struggle most face just to live.

She can tell you about the middle class of the 50’s and everyone knows that this was a much different time. There are times in Politics when people will tell non-truths as their main goal is power and nothing more. This is one of them. We should not be fooled as it was the Clinton’s screaming foul before the results were in. This shows that they panic openly before knowing the facts. Do we want a President who is going to come to conclusions before seeing all of the facts?

Can we survive any more of this greatest candidate on earth show any longer? In this case, “we” as a nation must work together. The great “I” Sen. Clinton who claims she alone can change the world will only bring heartache and more pain to America.
