Ventrilo

NationVoice

For your Ventrilo needs, I recommend NationVoice. They have good prices, always seem to be up, and have good customer service. They also do a lot for the Counter-Strike competetive community.

Free Ventrilo with your Game Server

If you are ordering a game server, try to get the company to give you a free of discounted ventrilo with your server. Some companies will do this and it will save you some money.

Game Server Reviews

Counter-Strike.com Servers

This company has pretty solid servers for a very low price. These are great servers for teams just starting out since you can get a 100 Tic private for under 30 dollars. I would recommend this server for any team that is not in need of the best server or who isn't going to be having large SourceTV broadcasted matches.

GameServers.com

This company has pretty good, solid servers for a pretty good price. I used them for awhile and the server was great. I would NOT recommend getting one of these servers if you plan on having matches that require a large SourceTV for though. We would have trouble after about 5-10 people in SourceTV.

Velocity Servers

Velocity Servers are also a good choice of servers to go with. These are a bit more expensive, but if you are willing to pay this extra money, they have good servers.

Nuclear fallout servers

NFO servers are considered to be one of the best out on the market. However, these servers are very pricy. If you are in need of a top of the line server, I would go with them over Velocity.

Moreal servers

I have not rented one of these servers, but I have heard that they are pretty good. Their prices are middle of the line and I haven't heard anyone complain about them. So, they could be another good option to try.

Opticon servers

Opticon has great 550 FPS boosted servers for under 45 dollars which is great. One of the problems I have had with Opticon is a lack of customer service, and much more downtime than most server companies. So, if you are willing to deal with some downtime and slow service, these servers are pretty solid.

In conclusion, I would recommend either counter-strike.com or Gameservers.com for teams that don't need the best server since these companies have good, reliable servers for a cheap price. These servers will be all you need when it comes to practicing, scrimming, playing matches, or even just pubbing. However, if you team needs the best servers no matter what the price, I would go with Nuclear Fallout or a higher tier Velocity server.
