In a bowl mix

2- tablespoons olive oil

1- table spoon flaxseed oil

1- teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Kosher salt and Fresh black pepper to taste

1- clove cracked garlic

Mix all ingredients with a whisk until blended, drizzle over salad greens, toss, and serve.

A great smoothie to start you day with -

Fresh Smoothie with Flaxseed Oil:

In a blender mix

8oz fresh orange juice

1- tablespoon flaxseed oil

1- frozen banana, {cut before freezing and wrap in plastic wrap}

1- 6oz container plain or any flavor yogurt

Ice

Blend all until smooth, can be changed to add fresh frozen berries or other fruit.
